I’ve always enjoyed the fact they have a Texas shaped wave pool. Reminds me of the Texas shaped funnel cakes at SFOT. Idk if either of the Texas SF still have them.
When I came to this park in March of 2013, I didn't think missing out on the waterpark was a big deal. Long story short, I it looked so fun that I wish I had done it. That's part of the reason I always go to these parks in the summer time from now on. I am also surprised it wasn't even open during my visit since Aquatica at nearby SeaWorld San Antonio was.
Yeah I’m surprised how late it opens since we did Aquatica in March yet Hurricane Harbor doesn’t open until late April. We have a tour of Aquatica as well if your interested th-cam.com/video/AodaQ94RcYA/w-d-xo.html I liked Aquatica more though. I’m really hoping to do a trip to Texas next year that’s mostly just water parks since there are so many good ones! I’ll have tours & VLOGs from them all.
Honestly I don’t think you have much to worry about. It doesn’t look like they added much mostly just a rename to align it with all the other six flags water parks…
I would love for company to back me on a tour to every park that has water rides and i ride every one of them and do a live report on them. Of course it would be after i get lung transplants i really hope after the test i have to have done at Cleveland Clinic on the 1st and 2nd of May. I am stil trying to raise money for gas food and a motel for 2 days and 4 nights will be heading back home early on the 3rd.
This was a GREAT review thank you!

Nah, I don't think the lazy river has ever had a wave feature in all the years I've gone 😮
Thank you so much for this video I was dreading a tour of the new theming. You just earned a new sub

What can u wear instead of water shoes , to go on water rides?
It’s been two years since I visited but I believe they were allowed on all tube slides.
you should do a pov of all the water rides
It is not allowed as per park rules.
Shoes?
I hope to be able to frequent the park this summer
To purchase just a hurricane harbor ticket (not the park) do you just select add on ticket option?
You have to have Park admission to visit the waterpark in addition to the add-on
can you open the locker multiple times?
Yes
