Thank you for this. I originally came to Judaism through the Ashkenazim, but converted Orthodox with Sephardim, and took Edot haMizrach on as my customs. I up until now have bentched Askenaz, as the Sephardi way has been hard to get used to. Now I am trying to learn it. This video PG will help me finally learn it. Wishing you well.
