It took me a little digging, a while back but I don't think Tony finds out until much later. If I remember correctly, Carly/Caroline tells Bobbie who she is around 1998 give/take when Virginia Benson comes into town and says something about Carly being Caroline. There is some flipping out and such, and such. But, I'm not 100% sure of that exact sequence of events. There is a Caroline/Carly playlist on YT, and I think the "reveal" is on that playlist.

Slgigi may Stephan is saying Lasha not Masha, Lasha is what Stavros called Laura. To understand you would need to go back to the original Cassadine saga as this is Port Charles 2 encounter with the family. Also, Carly was between 19-22 when she came to Port Charles, she’s in her late forties in 2020. They only part of her timeline that got screwed up was when the writers wrote Nelle as old as as they did during the flashbacks of Carly discovering Frank raised Nelle

You are correct. Carly reveals she’s Bobbie’s to her in front of everyone while they are snowed in at a hotel restaurant in early 1998.
