Its mostly because games like these in china have difficulty because some of the rules in china are strict af. so Game companys give china servers exclusive stuff to make them love the game Though I do wish that alot of these were in the normal eng servers too
@@CramCrabCheese some stuff Is coming on February or March if I recall correctly. Hopefully it will be enough to pump some interest into the game so people start coming back and in return that teaches the Devs that what we really want are not lootboxes but actual fun content

They don't ban you without a reason (except for VC) so you must've done something. Do you AFK a lot or something? Forgetting to press the ready up button a lot?
