Love your videos Collin! I can't think of one that I have watched & not learned something. Always excited to watch. Also, you have answered so many specific editing questions I have had over the years. Some of them I don't even know how to ask, and eventually google leads me to your videos for an answer every time. If you have time, please do a detailed video on what the heck happens to audio when you create a multicam sequence. I have landed on settings that work for me 90% of the time after countless hours of trail & error, but I don't really know why they work & I would love to know what all of the options mean in order to troubleshoot and help fellow editors. Colleges tend not to believe you when your answer is "I don't know why, but it works so just do it"

Even if your pre-roll is 5, it doesn't have to matter. What to do is hit shift and i, it will snap to the beginning of the in point.

you don't need to hold cmd or ctrl to use the up and down arrow to select the beginning of a clip. great tips thought thanks.

Up and Down arrows are handy and like Page up and Down...BUT, not as handy as Ctrl+ATL+f8+ the DP's phone number to pan the camera left 1/2 the frame with, in Post 😁😁😁 JOKING! thanks Colin as always i learnt something.

One shortcut you didn't mention is the A key to get the forward select tool. You then have to hold down the Shift key to make it single track. Is it possible to alter this so pressing the A key gets you the single track forward select tool?
