Just an observation and a polite suggestion. By placing the motor inside the PVC tube and covering the ends with clear plexi sheet you have restricted the flow of air through the motor. The motor relies on air for cooling and therefore without the flow of air passing through the motor it will overheat and burn out. Some extra holes in the Plexi sheet and around the PVC tube may help with ventilation and heat dissipation. Other than that a nice little project.

It is reversible, notice the way the DPDT switch is wired. One position is clockwise (forward) and the other position is counter clockwise (reverse).

Yes it can be reversed I have this same motor and they can be reversed by changing the positive to negative and vice versa
