A wild perspective shift is thinking about Shiro's performance in the grand finals. He was such a consistent support, hit a lot of very important shots and some high impact multikills, wasn't letting himself get traded stupidly, just staying alive and being a factor which needed to be played around in the late rounds. He ended the series 53-30 or something. That's amazing right? For your awper? Going 53-30 with 1.35 rating. Impressive! And then you look and see... Donk was 82-40 😭😭😭
Yeah he was loud...but he's 17😂 he'll either settle down after being humbled or in some time as he gets used to playing on a live stage (that adds so much extra pressure)
Apparently some of the stat people at twitter say his performance was the best performance in counter strike history, not just cs2, which also happened to be his first tier1 tournament this kid is pure liquified talent.
Typically older players have more experience to overcome the reaction time deficit of getting older. Donks been playing since 4 years old and is in his cognitive reaction time prime until 25. Career so bright.
He's already being accused of cheating like maybe he's mice is rigged or something but I highly doubt it, it's almost impossible to cheat on a big event like this. The kid is just naturally good and very smart player even ropz was accused of cheating before and played on faceit's PC and peripherals to prove his innocence.
So I'm a newb, and don't play CS, so can someone answer me something that might sound silly? How in the world is Donk able to kill that guy @ 4:50? Is he not just laser beaming that guy through the smoke? How is he doing that? Is there a visual cue, like the smoke moving with the player to notify him there's someone moving in the smoke? Or how does he know to shoot there exactly?
you usually spam that spot when that wall of smokes is up because thats usually the timing that Ts cross to secret(the ladder room) donk has 13k hours in cs its probably muscle memory, hes been playing since he was 4 years old.
There is no denying that the kid is insane, but cmon, 3 professional players peek him at the same time and all they do is 30 dmg? Even in DMG you will get insta HS. Many of his duels are won just because other played so so bad this tournament
@@oscarpetersson5324 I was speaking of csgo dmg, like an average player, as an example. Still, in 13k premier you get insta hs, let alone 3 PRO fucking players. Half of his plays should not be possible if Faze even turned their monitors on
@srdjagunjic I'm not sure if we live in different universes, but the LEM games I've played on my smurf acc back in csgo were a clown fest. Maybe you could get 1 good player (also smurfing) in like 3 games, who could prefire and preaim properly. Also, it always looks easier, when you are spectating. If you feel like those pros weren't good enough: I encourage you to find demos and spectate them (looking for when they got peeked) without any "wallhack" highlighting they do for tournament spectators.
It's so refreshing to see a prodigy this level, screw the "toxicity", s1mple in his time was so much more toxic, but he's the goat of cs:go now isn't he.
I am really interested to know whether he could have possibly been cheating even on LAN. Remember these are Russian players and not only is this country known for war crimes but they have the worst international reputation for cheating in sports too, be in figure skating, cycling, gymnastics etc. I would not be surprised if he had some sort of communication based cheating (live feed of opposition locations being spoken to him), or at least I would assume he is taking performance enhancing drugs that would not be available to the opposition (powerful nootropics for reactions times, ADHD meds for focus etc). Either way it was clear that team spirit had an unfair advantage somewhere in the pipeline of these matches.
@@Cyberaser Yet you will still have people defending him saying he got low sensitivity and sht. 4:50 he's not even hiding it lol. Non-default position with 0 info. I don't care if he's toxic, I don't care that he's young. If you willing to talk big and back it up good for you. So happy CS2 is blessed with a newer polarizing(hopefully a long time) star in Donk. His energy might not be for everyone. But, I'm happy for prodigies like him in E-sports.
Team Spirit entering their renaissance in both DotA2 and CS. So many young and also accomplished talents on their rosters.
Blackout Crew - Put A Donk On It , gotta be his theme tune
His brain is wired differently I swear, he's one of the next greats no cap
i hope not i can`t take watching him scream like that I will die of cringe ngl
He’s got 10,000 hours, which is more then most pros.
Now all we need is bong winning worlds and the quest will be complete
I dont know much about cs scene but i bet on spirit and while watching the finals, i knew this kid would save my money. Gg
its ok to have a big ego as long as you have what it takes to back it up, and donk is a prime example of this
Is that a fucking Wicca Phase hoodie?, damn... My total respects for such taste ! 🖤
BTW...
Get Donk'd !
Bro always rocking that shit😤
sh1ro also deserves recognition. Donk is best but sh1ro is also so good.
Donk was 82-40 😭😭😭
Oh snap another "he is the goat of cs2" that would make what 6 that this channel has covered as the greatest of all time
Yeah he was loud...but he's 17😂 he'll either settle down after being humbled or in some time as he gets used to playing on a live stage (that adds so much extra pressure)
2:14 after that kill the crosshair immediately transfers ... well 😅
There is no way people actually like him bro i get second hand embarrassment just seeing him and hearing his screams.
5:48 magixx * not magisk (he plays for falcons)
Apparently some of the stat people at twitter say his performance was the best performance in counter strike history, not just cs2, which also happened to be his first tier1 tournament
this kid is pure liquified talent.
Typically older players have more experience to overcome the reaction time deficit of getting older. Donks been playing since 4 years old and is in his cognitive reaction time prime until 25. Career so bright.
2:15 was that aimlock? Like he continued tracking on his head
watch that again in 0.25, crosshair not even on the enemy
i didnt even know this tournament happened
dont go back under that rock, m8
I have been a die hard rain fan since the LGB days and I just couldn't help but root for donk. What a story.
The best part is the flabbergasted kids on Tiktok making vids praying for s1mple to save them from DONK
Or how does he know to shoot there exactly?
you usually spam that spot when that wall of smokes is up because thats usually the timing that Ts cross to secret(the ladder room)
donk has 13k hours in cs its probably muscle memory, hes been playing since he was 4 years old.
@@ooczzy muscle memory to know where people are in smoke and miss no shots? 😂 What are you smoking?
it's luck and preparation. Stuff like that happens to plenty of other csgo pros as well
So you can stop looking for reasons to cope
it's also impossible to cheat on this stage where there are refs and camera behind the monitors
Can't wait for the metric boat loads of offers he's gonna get from big orgs
Love the video @Devin Coull !
Was waiting this video after his performance
I dont think that blaide was angry about it, more a genuine tip for going forward which is great imo
i.m pretty sure donk was born in a lab where he has to play CS 16 Hours a day
I guess Donk is s1mple of CS2.
Everything repeats itself exactly the same way.
No, it's just one tournament. Recency bias.
There is no denying that the kid is insane, but cmon, 3 professional players peek him at the same time and all they do is 30 dmg?
Even in DMG you will get insta HS. Many of his duels are won just because other played so so bad this tournament
What's your elo?
Also DMG in cs2 is the highest possible rank rn lmao
@@oscarpetersson5324 I was speaking of csgo dmg, like an average player, as an example. Still, in 13k premier you get insta hs, let alone 3 PRO fucking players. Half of his plays should not be possible if Faze even turned their monitors on
It was a full eco with one rifle that got insta headshot by donk. It’s pretty obvious you peaked gold nova if you can’t even recognize that
@@kalacia4568 deag, galil and tec9? Insta hs in any gold nova even
@srdjagunjic I'm not sure if we live in different universes, but the LEM games I've played on my smurf acc back in csgo were a clown fest.
Maybe you could get 1 good player (also smurfing) in like 3 games, who could prefire and preaim properly.
Also, it always looks easier, when you are spectating. If you feel like those pros weren't good enough: I encourage you to find demos and spectate them (looking for when they got peeked) without any "wallhack" highlighting they do for tournament spectators.
donk is him
4:45 VAC ban incoming😅😂
S1mple is coming back to CS just to ahow Donk whats up.
It's so refreshing to see a prodigy this level, screw the "toxicity", s1mple in his time was so much more toxic, but he's the goat of cs:go now isn't he.
well put video thank you.
respect for shooting this video hungover as shit
edit: nice video
The people he's playing against spent 10+ years on CS though. The games changed. Give the OGs time to warm up to it
I am really interested to know whether he could have possibly been cheating even on LAN.
IT'S NOT "DAKA" IT'S "DACHA" (as in the word chat)
Cs2 will gonna be big😂 with this kid 😂😂
He has signed his sole and even if he hacks no one can catch him ...
How does he know exactly where the player is at 4:55? Idk im calling bullshit
Must have got info from a teammate
Dont trust donk, maybe he is using something thats not getting detected, donk deserved nothing
😮💨
Why are you constantly roasting Donk throughout the video? 😂
Donk makes people watch, if you hate him you will watch to watch him lose. A great heel
Donked.
what was that smoke aim lock? radar bug showing enemy?
2:15 flusha-esque lock hmm...
wtf I think you've just spotted one of the best aimbot indications.
@@Cyberaser Yet you will still have people defending him saying he got low sensitivity and sht.
4:50 he's not even hiding it lol.
Non-default position with 0 info. Perfectly spots the guy and uses just the rigt amount of rounds to get the frag. Almost like he can see him or something 🤔🤔🤔.
The "pro" scene is an absolute joke.
@@HyakuJuu01300Problem is that hacks got way too advanced nowadays and it will get way worse in the future with valve NOT fighting them.
FInally not an awp'er is so true. It would be more pleasant to watch him if he was a bit more humble, but wow is he cracked at this game.
mans has a butterfly at 16 while i just managed to buy the game and started csgo when i was 16...
have said since december his gonna win a major year. come back when he does ;)
What's up with Team Spirit's rising on E-sport category? First dota, then CS... It's wild, man!
Let's see if he can stay consistent
donk was so good that he even caught the attention of people outside the CS community, especially those from VALORANT lmao.
He made ethan, world champion now on a super team, reconsider his whole career choice lmfao
he is followed by valorant pros to
Nobody will be surprised if he gets banned for cheating. Especially in the state Cs is currently in when it comes to cheaters. Now you will say „you cannot cheat on lan“ but I’m sure kqly and forsaken will have something to say about that
keep coping
also, kqly never cheated on LAN or in any pro matches, he had a VAC for online cheating in mm
KING DONK !!!
Team Spirit dominating Valve esports damn
Neo is forever the goat of cs.
Its great to see more younger players land ready
So are we looking a genius?
There is one Dota2 player who started the same, ATF !!
soo true.. all these awpers get the credit even though its the most OP weapon in Cs. Donk is the real deal. Rifling like a maniac.😊
junior vac donk
Donk
gone in within 2 years.
Haters were saying the same thing, "he's gonna silenced against tier 1 teams", Faze will silence him.
Look what happened to that haha, keep coping
cope more, s1mple and ZywOo? who tf cares, donk is the future LULZ
