I was adjusting my front derailleur and had to replace my cable. Now when I shift, the cable housing moves (internally routed down the tube) but derailleur doesn't move. If I hold the cable housing from moving, the derailleur will move. Brand new cable. Any ideas what to do next?
I think you should not tight the cable in proper way that's why is your derrailear up pull or down pull both derrailear cable tight is different way can you explain more in detail
@@CycleMechanics I fgured out the issue. My cable housing broke through the plastic bushing that it slides into at the internal routing down tube. Hence when I shifted nothing happened.
