4CR ke liye you need job. Jobs are in Urban area. You need to live there so that option of bunglow is now possible.
Also you can buy duplex apartment, similar to bungalow. But yahan rahoge toh social life hoga aur safety bhi top class. Bungalow main sirf chori hota hai aur baki ke alag tension.
Probably won't get a property for that money in a city. And land prices shoot up a lot quicker these days. My family friends bought land for 35 lakhs in 2003 and now it costs over 13 crores for only the land.
Where can a person find plot for 4 crores and make a bungalow with swimming pool in Gurgaon and Delhi. Bhai bahut buyers hain tum dikha.

Couple of issues .. 1 ) why do you need room A.C when you have central A.C?
2) thickness of the wall .. helps cold air insulation and noise.
3) thickness of the windows .. matters if you have central ac ... triple pane glass will block the heat and suns rays.. Ac will run less and the house will stay cooler.. i guess they have auto thermoster.

4 CRORE 17 LAKH ~= 670K USD which is way too high in my view for the price. For that price the amenities are pretty basic. Minimum Centralized AC is expected for that price. I don't blame Mahindra but I think most builders in India are still not providing modern amenities but keep asking for more money. For that price you get a luxurious villa in most parts of US.

Bahot masht vlog banate ho ji. One little suggestion is that don't use fish eye lens camera as images become very distorted, so better use some other wide angle lens. Else keep up the good work👍

Sir flat is too good but the most dangerous part of this flat is balcony view it is glass fittings in the balcony area but probably that area should be covered properly some security reasons that incidence could never be happen,some people have phobic disorder from height it could be Dangerous for small kids and phobic person it's on 27 floor.

overpriced and far from the center of Gurgano. you can easily buy a good flat in DLF The Pinnacle Golf course road and DLF baverly park MG road in 4 crores plus u get DLF quality & main Gurgano address .. this place is far i think more then 10 KM from MG road
even Raheja Atlantis is better located then this and cheeper 3.5 crores only
