Woah u really inspired me. U have been putting videos on various topics continuously for so many years. Idk how old u r, I am 18 and I decided to be like you. Dedicate my life to math and science 😇💕
Just want to add one more factoring option, that might be useful in some situations: ax^2+bx+c = a(x-x1)(x-x2) where x1 and x2 are the solutions from the quadratic formula. So in your last example it would be 72(x-7/8)(x+10/9)
The quickest way to solve problems with larger coefficients is to actually use guess-and-check. The problem is that most people -- not even most math educators -- do it in a proficient manner.
Some of these are easy to factor but if you're very quick with the quadratic formula, it only takes a few seconds. You'll find out whether the equation has integer roots or not. 9:43 is MUCH quicker if you use the quadratic formula and you know that the square root of 121 is 11. It took me about five seconds to calculate both roots. I understand that it's important to be able to calculate things but it doesn't help here because you can ALWAYS use the quadratic formula.
hi! thank you so much for this vid!! would u possibly be willing to make a video of all the algebra that would be in sats and acts? it would be incredibly helpfull!!!
Not my Asian mom yelling at me mid-sentence while trying to teach me how to factor for 30 minutes straight 😭😭 Edit: I have now been forced to watch TH-cam videos until I understand. if I don't I will be dead tonight.. ~can any asians relate 😭

MR. Organic Chemistry Tutor, thank you for an excellent video/lecture on Factoring Trinomials, the quick, easy and simple way.
manz it’s summer break what is u doing, but for when it’s not this will be helpful so i thank you
thanks now i can factorise without crippling depression

How's it going?
thats a new way of shooting a shot

so helpful! exactly what i needed rn while doing math hw as a freshman
Im doing this is in stage 7 lol
This is some big brain method.
I needed this for my calc 2 class. Haven't taken a math course in 2 years.
This is the best factoring trinomials tutorial video I’ve ever found on youtube.❤Thank you!
You my friend have blown my mind once again! Your videos are so informative! They help me more than you’ll ever know! Thank you!!!!

this man taught me more in 20 minutes than school ever could in 20 hours
True
I found several articles online that didn't explain this the way you just explained it in the first minute of the video. Thanks!!
Great work! Simple yet very accurate! Good job!
Thank you so much for this video. I actually get it! Your explanation and examples are understandable and concise.
Thank you man I be struggling asking helps but the teachers don’t care thanks
I hate Factoring

Thank you for this👍🏽 can u do a video on solving quadratic equations when it’s not equal to zero
SoldierBoyShaun J dude you just bring the number over to the other side of the equation and set it back to zero.
What he said^
LoLDdDdD Gt So for a problem like this 3x^=x +4 All I have to do is subtract four from both sides then set it back to zero?
@@sithlordshaun_ it would be 3x*-x-4=0
Athena Newton to be honest, I’m still a little confused 😕

Excellent! Thank you so much for this video!
you saved my life thank you!!!
Thanks for the tutorial! You really helped
Thx a lot. I'm stuck in these maths. thx U so much.
tysm! you make it easy & simple
HELLO organic chemistry
can you please make a video about cubic polynomials or equations.
THAT WOULD REALLY HELP ME OUT.
I think he already did. Check his vids. If I'm not mistaken I already watched it on his channel
Why isn't my teacher teaching this good?
This is excellent explanation
This makes it sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo easy
Bro thank you man this helped so much
This is exactly the video i needed.
thanks for the help, i really appreaciate it
Best teacher thanks
This was such a lifesaver! Thank you!

You are totally correct, but in this video he is only focusing on just factoring. At least I think that’s the intention.

Oddly, when I plug 4 into both the factored and unfactored form of the equation it equals 0, but when I plug in -7 it only seems to equal 0 in the factored form.
(4 - 4)(4 + 7) = 0
(0)(11) = 0
0 = 0
(4)² + 3(4) - 28 = 0
16 + 12 - 28 = 0
28 - 28 = 0
0 = 0
(-7 - 4)(-7 + 7) = 0
(-11)(0) = 0
0 = 0
(-7)² + 3(-7) - 28 = 0
14 - 21 - 28 = 0
-7 - 28 = 0
-35 ≠ 0
7^2 is 49

THANK YOU VERRYY MUUCH SIR!
thank you
Needed this review lol
No thank you this helped so much
make videos on aptitude sections like average percentage problems for gmat
Thank you
I wish you would have done the ones which don't have a number which can multiply and add.
that results in "prime" i think
thank you sir

What if -9x and 2x were swapped? How would you factor that?
Does it matter if I put the answer like this.... (X+4)(x+3) or does it have to be (x+3)(x+4)???
It's exactly the same thing. Just think of an easier example: 3 * 2 = 2 * 3
Thanks
me a college student learning factoring trinomials 🤣😁
hell nah 20 minutes of factoring
What if the third nunber even when multiplied by the first is lower than the second
