However, I dont think that that many people have enough context to realize the two stories are related, let alone remember that Daedalus was the name of Icarus' father.
I think the music choice, volume included, is the perfect accompaniment to Brennan's monologue. At this point the monologue itself is pretty well known so the need to clearly hear it is moot. The music's ascension matches Brennan's performance perfectly. Well done.
Disagreed. The fact that I've memorised the whole monologue does not take away the fact that it's at least 50% of the attraction of the video. Had the volume of the music been like 20% less, It would've been much better. Brennan + the music > just the music

It's just In the Hall of the Mountain King + Brennan) and forget. This video is edited so the viewer slowly understand, alongside Brennan, that the odds are stacked and locked against him. By the end all we have is the deafening white noise of a broken man, not _the_ monologue. See, the monologue is funny, but it's the destination. The journey must be made. It's like a comedic In the Air Tonight, by Phil Collins.

@@XoIoRouge so i think what they mean is that brennan caught on so early during filming that there was so many moments of brennan being like "This is stupid" they had to cut some of them out so that they could really send home and emphasize the insanity he fell into by the end.
Technically he was once filmed saying something to the extent of he doesn't need to win, but he desperately needs to NOT LOSE, that is why this episode was so funny.

I haven't seen the full episode, so I don't know how many rounds of "Yes or No" they've gone through. But assuming there are 10 rounds, the chances of getting all questions wrong is 0.098% (1/(2^10)), which is also the same as the chances of getting all questions right. IMO, I'd say he's the winner of the game at a statistical level
