Hi thanks for watching I’m glad you enjoyed the Playstation Platinum Project and are continuing to enjoy this series! Thanks for your comment I do need two of these games, Harry Potter Quidditch and Sonic Mega Collection! If you’d be able to grab these for me that would be a massive help and happy to send payment! Send me a message on my socials and we’ll sort something out!
There's a new shopping area being built across from Sheffield Wednesday ground near me only 1 shop been announced a aldi there 8 more I'm hoping a praying for a cex
The FF steelbook looks to be in fantastic condition, good find, I think. I do remember California Games for SMS, like yourself, as a younger teenager, yes it's Hackensack, however it is spelled, my older brother brought it, NEW, and played it for many, many hours, very good graphics and background music, I recollect, and I did play too, a really good enjoyable game to play.
Hi, next time you go game hunting at cex and/or charity shops. I recommend Northampton. They got 2 cex stores. And on the way there are also some you could check too. (Corby, Wellingborough, Peterborough no.2 etc)
@@DanTheGamesMan what I mean by Peterborough no. 2 btw is serpentine green. Near Hampton. It’s preety good and tidy. Long causeway feels like a war zone 🤣🤣🤣. (It is unclean)
@@DanTheGamesMan I’ve been to both a few times actually. Also the newer one is so underrated. Maybe it’s because Peterborough already had one. Also I’ve been to both Northampton cex shops on my birthday. I look for dvds more often. 1 last thing, I’m not sure if there are great gaming stuff in Northampton. I just said that to excite you. Maybe next episode?
I’ve had various chats with my local, they get 3-4 transfers from different stores a week purely for retro because they’re the leading store that sells retro instore and online, that’s what they’ve told me. I just had an interview today, they told me the stores profits are over 50% for just gaming alone, that’s consoles and such, their biggest sellers are software (games). It goes to show though the industry is dwindling, people who love games aren’t, and collectors are still buying games, it’s a shame other retailers cut loss with software, CeX are going to be around for a long time.
@@Yemmy1996 that’s a really interesting comment! Good to have a little look inside what’s going on there and it seems more stores on the high street are giving up on games while CEX take full advantage, which is good!
@@DanTheGamesMan I love your stores standards, quite rare in some stores 😂 I recently went to Derby, possibly the worst store I’ve been too, everything’s rough and I was queued up for 20 minutes for 2 games… Just ask your local if they’re getting any transfers in, and see if they’ll send you pics of retro through your store Facebook page on messenger, that’s what mine does, I get a message daily on what comes in, I never asked, I just get sent pictures and next thing you know I’m running down or asking them to put them on reserve for me 😂
@@Yemmy1996 thanks I’ll have to try both, I’m not sure if my local store has any social media but I’ll have to have a hunt, there can be some stores which are hit and miss and will take in anything but Norwich for sure doesn’t fall into that category, they’re very strict on condition.
I think there's a bit of duff info going round iv got a list of about 60 odd xbox 360 games which I check regularly and one day last week somebody put about prices changing at cex so I went thru my list if I remember right 12 went up 24 stayed the same and 27 went down I agree that a few games are shooting like bulletwitch but by no means is it crazy rises across the board

I was there recently, loved the Bridlington store, very quirky and small but they packed so much stuff in there! Great video mate.
