Found it with this one. Interior space cavity was large, but the outside was smaller than my old one. I love the one-button push for 1-6 minutes, and the 30 second add or 30 second start. and MOST IMPORTANTLY, I love how you can adjust the power level during cooking. The reviews said it could not be done, but this marked all the other boxes. and happy to say, it does. I can hit 1 minute start, and change the power level from 10 to 5, 30 seconds in, without interruption. my favorite feature!

I was very much satisfied with your demo. I wanted to know if one of the switch is defective is it necessary to replace the whole panel or single switch can be replaced. Our microwave grill switch is defective.

It would have been nice if complete demo of options to be used was given as well. Like curd and dough.. what kind of pans are to be used .. how does one do it .. a guy came to my place for demo and installation but he was unable to satisfy me with my queries .. the booklet doesn’t help much either.. a pity I m using it only to reheat food..!

New models does not have convection button. But it have hot blast button
sir i am from Nepal . my slimfry auto cook option is not working. For example: if i select sliimfry option and press the dial theauto cook option like 1-3 is not working? only i 1 or 2 can be selected but i cant go to the selected 1-12 so on option?

After preheating the oven,when im trying to bake cake r bread in convection mode oven is turning off suddenly.After 15 to 20 mins again it is restarting.It happened all the time when my wife tried to bake a cake.What is the problem with this micro wave?

I have this model too. I had a problem of tripping since December changed the tripper and connection board still the oven used to bake only for 20 mins and switch off. Complained again and I got to know that due to overheating this happens and it was repaired again. Now I need to check if it gives the same problem. Haven’t baked after the repair. But please get your oven checked from Samsung only.

DO NOT buy from CROMA - they sold me a display piece which lasted only an year - and because they saw I needed the piece on the same day they forced me to buy an extended warranty for 2 years - which they didn’t even honour
Horrible microwave - lasts only an year. Then it stopped working after warranty time got over.
Bought from Croma - who had forcibly sold me extended warranty with the product stating that if I don’t buy it, they cannot deliver on same day. They also misled me that the warranty will be fulfilled by Samsung - but after an year of use, when it stopped working and I contacted Samsung I was explained what Croma did to pocket it’s profit.
Then I asked Croma to resolve the issue - but no one is even bothered to send a service technician.
Surprised how a Tata brand can sink so low in service levels. DO NOT buy from Croma.

Can't bake cakes and cookies well in convection mode. If anyone wants to bake, don't use the convection mode.

No .. it's not .. hot blast can be used for pizza or naan .. to get crust on the top .. u will not be able to bake cake in hot blast mode
