A better rehearsal would have helped. No body has ever referred to Sadguru Thyagaraja as "this man" 2. It's पुष्य बकुल पञ्चमी। For ages, the AIR and followed by DD, this programme has been aired and telecast. Never have such anomalies occurred.
Oh my Gosh, I came eager to watch, but the Mangala Vaathiyam people, especially the Nadaswaram ones were pathetically out of swaram. It was fully abaswaram😢😢 They must have paid loads of money to be a part of it. What happened to those that play Nadaswaram beautifully? Do we have a dearth of such people?
Why ladies singers dressed as if they are going for a marriage? Full makeup and decked up.I have seen the good old days great singers like MS Amma, Brinndha Muktha amma were so simple and graceful..Don’t mistake it’s my opinion only.
