Roasted Strawberries and Cottage Cheese Bowl

  • The combo is filling, delicious and perfect for days you need a hearty, protein-packed breakfast. Double or triple the recipe to make a sheet pan for the week, just store in the refrigerator.
    8 strawberries chopped
    1/4 c oats
    2 Tbsp coconut
    2 tsp maple syrup
    pinch of cinnamon
    Mix the above together and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min, stirring occasionally. Put on top of 1 c cottage cheese and enjoy!
