Important that you have the snorkel on correctly with the valve facing backwards. If the valve faces forwards you will not expel all the water, and the next time you take a breath you could breath in water. This can be pretty scary. I suggest you ask an instructor to make sure you’ve got it on correctly if you’re in any doubt. Sounds really simple, but its really important.
Bro how to prevent water to enter from the valve.it is a big problem for me cuz sometimes the water enter throgh the valve

My compliments you made snorkeling very easy to want to try for soo many who've not experienced it as of yet. Also thanks for being such an attractive model for the sport.
I tried this several times in my little Intex blowup pool just now, using my Speedo Dive Adventure snorkel set. The pool was deep enough to fully submerge the snorkel in at least 1 feet deep of water. Clearing the water from the purge valve snorkel works when you pinch the clear flexible tubing. Snorkel clearing works best when you are looking straight directly down at the bottom water because of gravity.
My favourite part about This snorkel is the straps is Very comfy
Is the valve suppose to be open or is there suppose to be like a seal?

I just want a simple tube... All of these just make shnorkeling much harder and undessasary. All you have to do is exale hard... How hard can that be that they make these ridiculus & expensive equipment where it gets water inside it all the time...
