- Protesters throw buckets of fake blood outside Downing Street to demand greater action on climate change. Around 400 protesters spilled 200 litres of red paint to symbolise the death of children who will be affected by global warming

Well, by law violence must be perpetrated against a person. If they got the liquid on someone you can prosecute for assault since spitting and throwing of liquid is considered assault. But this itself isn't against a person.

@Donald McCarthy If nothing change you will feel it, lack of water, lack of electricity (coal plants need water to cool turbins), epidemias etc, heat stress, smaller crops (hunger), forest fires, extreme weather events, it will spread from equator in both directions, both with this all imigrants, the all above factors will cause wars. In one word : Nightmare
