How can we practically find a lot of these people?

I saw in another video that a person of peace is someone who likes you, listens to you and servers you. So who do you know who has these things?

Find out who is in your circle of influence. If you don't have a good circle of influence where people are willing to hear you, then you need to work on that. To improve your circle of influence work on Good Character Traits. Do a Google search for good character traits and find ones you need to improve. At the same time, reduce Bad Character Traits in your life. Between these two are reasons why people are not being influenced by you.

Why does everything look like a strategy through western eyes? Why can’t it just be a normal way to interact in that culture...a more organic way. Do you realize that western culture is so individualistic and jacked up that first of all if I go running back to an American block, no one is actually outside...all are behind their big nice homes and if you step on their property, especially as a brown man I have chances of getting shot. Whereas in India, where I’m from, if I go running into any neighborhood, especially my own and ask people to come and see something they will actually come because they are all hanging outside their home on the streets on the byways and highways of life and they have plenty of time to do such things and want exciting opportunities like this...this is because of developing world is still in many ways like the times and society of Jesus...and this type of going and telling works more organically or directly in collectivistic contexts. How does this so easily work in sanitized, privatized, individualistic and “don’t bother me culture” of the west where you need the same hobbies to even get to know people is an enigma to me...strange that these strategies have to come from America of all places...

The 4Fields strategy actually came from India as discovered from the Bible but we had to adapt them for the Western context to be used here.

I see these methods as a way to "fix" the western culture. We get these ideas from Asia and yes there are a lot of stumbling blocks in the west. This "strategy" is to get back to "normal" behavior in culture. I think you can agree American culture is not even close to normal. We westerners are so bad we need to go to training and have a strategy to get that normal culture back here in the west. It is lost, but we can bring it back. The "organic" way is hidden in our culture but it is there if we can find it.
Try to get invited to a friend's party where it is more organic. Try inviting people to your outdoor cookout. Sometimes you have to create organic settings in the west.

I am still learning how to reach people and only was saved two years ago. Its more prevalent in white communities to not see people interact out in their neighborhoods. If you're looking for people that are outside and having fun together, you got to go to the "hood". As a white man going alone into a place that is usually avoided, I was hesitant. But now, that's my favorite place to reach amazing culture and acceptance. I'm going to lead my first person of peace study today and bring it to a cross culture neighborhood. 🙏
