Modeling 411 Training

How to begin making disciples and equip others to do the same? 411 is a simple tool that equips new and seasoned believers by answering 4 questions on 1 sheet of paper in 1 hour or less.
4 Questions:
1. Why make disciples? - Identity
2. Who to reach? - Oikos map
3. What to say? - 15-sec testimony & 3 circles
4. When to get started? - set goals
This tool is useful when starting discipleship with an individual, group, church plant. It is used to equip brand new believers and seasoned Christians. We recommend continuing on to the Commands of Christ (www.obeyChrist.com) after the 411.

Hi! The 411 is to train a new believer or an existing believer. It is not for unbelievers. However, the 3 Circles gospel tool is to share with anyone, including unbelievers. God uses it all the time! I have used it to bring many friends and family members to Christ using this method. Hope that helps!
