Bro private also doesn't give very huge salary, there also in hand will saturate after 2 - 2.5lpm that too after 8-9 years in top gaints.This is situation even when as a fresher you are earning over 1lpm in hand .After that max to max you can earn 3lpm in hand at manager level after 20 years. CTC is saying thing . Look at the base salary. So ,yes , government group A is always better.

If you want to stay near your hometown then State Police salary will be less but transfer will be within state only. In AAI salary will be good but Transfers will be there as well all over the India.

One of biggest mistake u did in your life.. Not joining Ntpc Ntpc changed rules regarding promotion After training u will became E2 post... U just choose on the basis of only city posting.. But in ntpc everything is better other than city posting..... Ntpc basic became 50000 after training 105 liter petrol allowance 90k for laptop One of biggest thing in ntpc is NTPC colony whatever your salary did not match NTPC colony bcz in future yaadi bacche hue unke liye wo colony one of the best cheez hoga development ke liye.. Otherwise ye aap ka decision tha... But thanks for Video.. And i was selected in both AAI and Ntpc I will join NTPC 😊😊😊
Hi, Congratulations on NTPC. I am glad I could be of Some Help. 😇 1. Yes I choose according to Locations that was my priority. 2. During my time they were giving 40000 basic after Training as well. 3. I like to stay Outside Colonies since I don't want Office Peoples in my Personal space as well after Office. 4. As far as allowances are Concerned, I agree they give better allowances. I still stand by my Decision, I have no Regrets of not Joining NTPC.
AAI is far better than NTPC. Many of my friends works in NTPC ( Through gate ) And now they are shifting to AAI in this recruitment. ( Health is more important then anything. Some person ignore this in starting but some can't.)

then whats point of working so hard, just to earn enough to fill stomach? its better to die than living like that.
