Many ney players rest the ney against the thigh of the right leg. I have a kız ney and I think a shorter ney is better for me[ bolahenk?]...I wish you a beautiful and spiritual experience when you play and learn the ney. Neyzen Tevfik is probably the best known in Turkey.

Dear @alexgabriel5423 , you absolutely don't need to rest your kiz on the leg if it's not comfortable for you. Everybody has a different body, and there is no absolute unique rule about how to hold the instrument. The main thing is: you can relax and breathe freely and you don't get any pain after a while! Bolahenk is a beautiful instrument, but I recommend sticking to the kiz in order to improve your sound, especially in the low register. Good luck to you!! ❤️

Kiz ney En iyisi Türkiye hatay Samandağ kamış... bunu Turkiyeye giden bir dostunuz dan istemeniz en sagliklisi olacaktır. Ucak kabininde rahatlıkla getirtebilirsiniz. Ancak hangi el üstte olacaksa o şekilde sparis vermelisiniz. Sol el üstte ( sol kız ney) sağ el üstte olacaksa sağ kız ney .... orjinal kamış VE 9 BOGUM olmasına dikkat edin. SAYGILAR
