Hi Rebecca, congratulations on such a well done and informative channel. I can’t believe your videos don’t have thousands of views! Thank you for the time it takes to put this information together. Some other topics that might be interesting: hypnobirthing and effectiveness of exercises to turn breech babies (i.e. spinning babies)
I get so much pushback from all of my friends when I tell them that I want to give birth in a natural birthing center, rather than a hospital because of these exact reasons. I do not want to be forced to lie on my back and I do not want to have to deal with rude staff if I push my preferences on them. My friends don't know any of this and tell me its fine, just deliver on your back, I did and I was fine. I'll give birth at home if I have to, but I will do what's right for me.
Dancing during pregnancy and labour is something I have been advocating since 1997 (belly dancing, in particular). Via my signature childbirth preparation program called EmbodyBirth™ and the BellydanceBirth® Practice Videos. Thank you for talking about how dancing during labour can help dissipate pain in your video.
You are amazing. I love your videos. Happy I came across your channel 👌🏾👍🏾 34w 6d FTM and your content is really helpful and well presented - as one would expect from a PhD graduate. Love your slides and credit given to references. You're the kind of teacher I'd appreciate in school.
Please talk about the 4 types of pelvises. For example I (android pelvis) simply cannot sit on a birthball during labor, so suggesting that is ludicrous because that just causes more pain for me.

This is really good, thank you!
I really appreciate your channel. Thank you!
When I gave birth to my second baby, I insisted I would give birth on my hands and knees. My birthing team had never seen that done before.
Thank you so much for your videos!
