      I may not be who you wanted to respond but I have been baton twirling for almost 9 years and can say it’s different for everyone. I’ve always gone by the end of the baton being at my collarbone and the other end to be about an inch longer than my finger tips.

      You tube must be putting that on. But I actually am doing some hand twrills. I did notice that it does keep my fingers from getting stiff from the arthritis and the muscles stronger. Still dont get the elbow rolls. Thanks for replying.
