    Ok I understand now why there is almost nothing for the materials on the EU store… you are to busy with the CES and the US store.
    Wood : 55 items (US) vs 2 items (EU)
    Acrylic : 134 items vs 24 items
    Screen printing : 46 items vs 9 items (most of them out of stock, even the basic inks)
    Jewelry : 133 items vs 15 items
    And so on…
    Shame on you XTool (since october I purchase for 7000€ on F1 Ultra, S1 40w, Screen Printing and the materials I was able to order)
    Fix this please !!!

      @@xToollaser Thanks for your reply XTool. I appreciate. Anyway I had the same answer from the support a few month ago and today the situation is worse than ever.
      Last week I bought the screen printer multi-color kit (the one with 12 screens and which is by the way 40€ cheaper today). I’m supposed to receive it this week but there are no 11.5x16’’ screens available in the store. So the screen printer will be quickly out of service !!!
      By the end of this week I’ll publish a video on my 2 YT channels so people will be warned not to buy from XTool EU.

    You continue to expand..awesome. But, your hobbies base cannot all afford to upgrade to your new machines and you ignored the LARGE group of user of your D1 line. Even if you are not going to sell new units, you should still offer the accessories for existing users to continue to purchase as these machines have a multi year lifespan. Do better. Most of us are moving to different brand that treat their customers better. You continued to sell the D1 knowing you were about to discontinue it without warning those buyers....that was just wrong.

      Good point. Adobe did the same exact thing. They got too big and forgot the user base that got them there. Hopefully Xtool will not do the same. They have the potential to be a "DJI" of this market. BTY: What brand are you moving to?

    I would love to see a real recap.
    This was more of a fluff marketing video.
    Which is fine but I would love to see a true recap of the event

      It was insanely busy.. so many friendly faces!!! Tons of people who had never heard of xTool that were amazed by what they do. So much fun!!

    How about you concentrate on fixing things with your existing products before moving on to others? How many F1 Ultra units have you exchanged/replaced/refunded because of the flaws in them? Would LOVE to invest in the new P2S but also seeing so many issues with this that makes me look at other options . . .
