One innovation I really love that you put in your video is the illustration of the chicken hints. It helps memorizing the hint for a visual learner like myself, and therefore I remember the medication better that way. Thank you!
Hey, been taking clonazepam for 10 months, not every day,max dose 0,5mg once per day, 1 mg if having really bad anxiety. My question is, do I already have dependence? (All in all consumed 45 pills). It helps me alot, no side effects at all. Thus want to stop taking it,my psychiatrist replaced it with diazepam, said it will be easier to come off. Taking it for 2 days ( 5 mg once per day), it does not help me at all, feeling even more anxious than before. It only makes me dizzy but I still have insomnia after taking it. Should I go back to clonazepam and try tapering it off?
@@LevelUpRN Hi again! I’m happy to share that I got 100 on my finals today! 👏❤️ I legit listened to your mental health playlist like 4x until it was drilled in my head, and I used the flash cards non stop for the last 4 days to the point that I just knew what it was even shuffled. You guys nailed those ATI questions for sure! There were a lot of therapeutic communication and meds, which I struggled during my weekly exams, but I did great for my final proctor. I knew all the side effects because of you! Thank you so much! I can’t thank you enough. 🥹🫶
There are actually MANY other benzodiazepines… I just included a few key ones to discuss in here video. But all the information I shared is relevant for clonazepam as well!
