You're a legend Adam, everyone in my APUSH class at CVHS now knows who you are and uses you. Thanks for the great videos, our final is tomorrow on chapters 23-41 so this was a huge help! Thanks!
This is so unbelievable to me that your class watches these. I'm glad to hear they are helpful. Best of luck to you all on the 14th. Thanks for watching.
I have started watching your videos to aid in my studying routine, and I am so glad I have!! I watch your chapter videos a couple of times, and this addition is really what I need! Thank you!!! I went from getting C's on my tests to my highest being a 98!! Can't thank you and others who do this enough.
Thank you so much! So much easier to understand than the wording in my textbook, and with this I can better understand the important information I need to know!
My first semester of APUSH, I scraped by with a C- but I had an epiphany towards to end.. Every time I watched your videos, I got a better test score. I got B's on my first two tests of 2nd semester and I currently have a B+! Thank you so much for your help.
OH, I'm using the 12th edition. But it's the same thing, this chapter is ahead by one. I'm beginning to learn this chapter right now so this helps a lot. Thank you!
Hey, I'm sorry I didn't get the chapter up in time. I hope you did well on your test. Next week I'll get back to uploading chapters, I've just been focusing on big ideas for the exam. Thanks for watching though!
Hey great question. The Cash-Carry policy came first. It required European countries (mostly England) to come to the US and buy goods with cash. The US would NOT lend them or give them on credit. The Lend-Lease Act is passed in 1941 when most of Europe was under control of Hitler. Great Britain was essentially standing alone. The US realized that Great Britain did not have the resources to pay cash and/or come pick up the materials. So, the US would lease them goods
97 avg in my APUSH class - better than my standard/regulars english class grade. I owe it to your videos! What is unclear in my notes (I use wiki notes) you clear up! Thanks!
Hello, unfortunately, I do not have a video solely on the Cold War. Chapter 35 is on the beginning of the Cold War, so I would tell you to watch that. If you search TH-cam for Mr Klaff, he has a good video on The Cold War you can watch. Make sure you know George Kennan, good luck!
You may want to the to the Atlantic meeting btw. churchill and FDR that, they had been exchanging letters prior to the meeting. It is also known as the Atlantic Charter, and that they came up with the ABC agreement in which they decided to attack Germany first being a problem once they attack pearl harbor.
My AP US history Final exam is May 15 and i was wondering if you could have 35 throu 42 on here before then so i could have enough time to study and review, i use the videos when i have little midterms over the chapters in the past
Hi, my students are taking the same exam on that day. I will have up to and including 39, and then I will cover big ideas after 1980. AP only asks a few questions post 1980, and they will not have a DBQ post 1980, so I don't focus on those times as much. Good luck and let me know if you have any questions.
Hey, these are great videos - I think I've said that before in another video! My exam is coming up, and I'm a bit confused on something. The Lend-Lease Act and the Cash-Carry system sound pretty similar. Is there much of a difference?

You mentioned that the first time there was a draft was during WW2 but I thought WW1 had a draft? Or am I wrong?
What was China's and India's involvement in the war? I know they had some impact but I was not sure what...
Well China really didnt do anything because it was kind of... well taken over by the Japanese.
you are improving on your videos, Mr. Norris :) Great job :) Atleast there are no mistakes ;)
In the 13th edition it is chapter 34. Are you using the same edition?

The Lend-Lease Act officially ended any pretenses of US Neutrality. Hope this helps. Good luck on the 15th!
