ABOUT: Get a Job
“Get A Job!” is a visual novel about a twenty-something college graduate trying to find his place in the world. You have been pressured into going to a job interview by your father whose sole purpose seems to be pushing you down the same path he took. Do you follow in his footsteps and try to make your father proud or do you try to discover your own? The choice is up to you.

Honestly, having spent a few years unemployed, it's more helpful then what they actually do.
@ Death, I agree, i have also spent time unemployed in NY, here they make you sit thru silly videos, do mock interviews with your fellow unemployed. And speak to you about attitudes you should have while unemployed. i laugh as most of the "trainers" they use have never been unemployed and have worked in the field for 20 plus years... how do they know what i should be doing..
@@crazyivan512 You should see what the Australian unemployment offices are like, then. Seriously, two years at Sarina Russo and Centrelink, and the only help they gave me in finding a job was putting me into a hospitality course a couple of months before it hit the three-year mark. The rest of the time was twiddling their thumbs and going "so have you got a job yet? Have you been looking for work?" Then again, ours are all public servants. Probably don't want us getting a job because it means they're out of a job.
They're too busy coaching people on how to get unemployment check with as little work as possible, since many of the people who go to those places just want the government to take care of them instead of actually working.
Well, in Bosnia, those offices don't give a job, it is just used to get med insurance, maybe 1 out of 1000 get a job, plus the president promised 100k jobs and nothing, sad and funny.
That interviewer has the patience of a saint.

Especially if it’s niche, like furry porn (apparently they even tip on top of commissions)
It’s hard though, hours and hours of advertising and praying people actually pay. It’s hard to get people to pay up front and lots of issues of people just begging for free art then trashing artists online if they don’t give out free art. The equipment is pricy too.
You can make good money doing porn/fetish art, but if your not onto it it will show in your art. Also you will pigeon hole yourself into it and after it’s hard to do ANYTHING else.
Unfortunately there are also a lot of choosing beggars out there and really prey on artists. That’s the main reason why they struggle so much to get paid, many people think it isn’t an actual job and/or shouldn’t have to pay them for their work
This is when Todd changed his name to Gray and turned to TH-cam as a Life-Long Career.

Don't! If you're serious about it then just don't get a "real" job because eventually you'll lose focus and end up like the rest of us with lost dreams and stuck in a job that only grants you a few weeks off in the year. In these weeks you don't work on your writing skills. You'll just be happy to not see your co-workers and the last few days you'll cry because you realize you do have to see them again.

You need to answer olive or smth like that when they ask. So they're like impressed that you know it's a fruit.

This has been the funniest thing I was laughing the entire time. Sure the game is well written for comedy, but the company I enjoyed it in made alllllll the difference (referring to Gray)
When I saw 'Todd went to a nearby park and sat on a bench' then '...put his head down' I fully expected a suicide by gun. Game disappointed me.
As someone who has spent literally thousands of hours on PVP in WoW, I can say it really really builds people and leadership skills. Because you're herding cats for about 20 minutes at a time.

I was legit waiting for this as well, but the developer himself wrote down that it's not a dating simulator, and I'm super disappointed at that 🤣 I mean, there's like 20 different endings, why can't one of them be hooking up with the interviewer (who is also married but meh it's a game 🤣). Also she said she's in her forties, would have been funny to see Todd seduce a cougar as an ending 🤣
