Sony A6000 & 650D Both are very good cameras for their price, but I think if you are a beginner and want to develop then the 650D is probably the best bet. Even if it has more manual features than you can manage at first you will be able to grow into it. Remember you cannot improve any skills unless you challenge yourself.
