@@joinmeoutdoors Good news. I did 1.5 miles near Ingleton up to a little hill 1300 feet. 3.5 kg pack. My knees didn’t hurt at all!! I’m slowly building back up! I was extremely depressed (and I mean it) at the thought of not being able to go in the mountains again. Still as I say, building slowly.
