thanks for the correction, I just kept adding oil to the point where my dipstick showed the correct level, but according to my local Honda dealership, it needs 1.2 litres
lol I will upload soon but basically loosen the axle bolt (main large bolt on back swingarm frame where wheel attaches) then use the small bolts (should be two on each side) to tighten or lossen the chain. make sure the small bolts are equal in the amount they protrude in length, tighten them, and then tighten up the main axle bolt real good. I'm tightening a chain this week so will make a video
Nice explained in full detail your video.. i also bought a 150 xr honda and was looking all over the internet for reviews and road tests of the xr150 in english .But almost nothing about that bike. I just thought maybe you can think of doing these reviews and road tests as well. Regards .GERT
just normal services, think the interval is 5000km, the great thing about these bikes is if you use them properly, you should never need a rebuild. I have since sold mine but I'm replacing it soon
Thank you, that was very helpful. I got another problem . My bike is a 2012 model. So if you put on the swithc the headlight sometimes do comes on and then sometimes it does't want to come on. What could be the problem?
I just bought a brand new 2017 XR150L...i dont see an oil filter or even a centrifugal type filter. Am i just not seeing it somewhere? Or does the 150 not have any sort of filter?
You poured too much oil in that bike! Honda xr150l oil capacity is 1 liter. Nice video though!

900 ml to be exact!
Ohkay guys relax

Epic vid! Shot for the step by step guide
Just got myself the same bike yesterday
Awesome video. Very helpful. Thanks!
Thanks for the upload!!!
Have you still got that honda xr 125
You should spray wd40 on the chain and sprockets the chain looks a bit dry
Wd40 is the worst thing to use for chains. Just attracts dirt. Instead, use proper chain lube
hi when are you going to do one on how to loosen and tighten chain BRU?????
Great video brother.
Thanks. Nice Vid.
Thanks this helps me alot
What was wrong with the first spug plark?
So does the xr125l need the crazy top/bottom ends rebuilds like dirt bikes do? Or is it just these normal service...

Does it happen when the bike has been running all day or when it's cold? If not then could be an old or faulty wire
@@chukpicOk thank you. I will check the wire
How do you tighten the spokes without proper tools
Thank you)
Hi, can anyone tell me how to put a kick starter on my XL125 as it only has a battery powered ignition
Nice video
I just bought a brand new 2017 XR150L...i dont see an oil filter or even a centrifugal type filter.
Am i just not seeing it somewhere? Or does the 150 not have any sort of filter?
as far as I know there is no Oil filter
It's centrifugal, need to take the clutch cover off, need a new gasket set, the big H recommend it's cleaned every 8,000 km...
Is the battery under the seat???
What about the oil filter?
There is an oil screen that the manual indicates should be cleaned every 7500 miles. Yes. Miles.
Спасибо
how long we need to replace the air filter sir
Did you gap the spark plug?
No just put the new one straight in worked fine
Почему 10w30 а не 10w40?
What about the chain?
