    Flew Singapore Airlines from Seattle to Bangkok. I can only say the food, the service and general enjoyment was beyond any air carrier I have flown. I will only fly Singapore Airline for now on. Thank you for the tremendous service in every way.

    My full respect for Mr.Goh who obviously knew what he was talking about! I am from Hong Kong but my favourite airline is Singapore and NOT Cathay Pacific! I look forward to flying with you guys again soon - I have yet to try the A380 and your First Class Suites!!

    *It's about time SIA has a charismatic and a dynamic CEO. Goh Choon has been decent but he plays safe. SIA really deserves someone who is global, dynamic, and someone who is not afraid of taking risks.*

    My recent expérience with Singapore airline was terrible. I was so disappointed. The food was so salty........you need to do something!

    SQ is certainly impacted by lack of manpower. Customer complaints submitted on its website over two months ago have not been answered , Singapore girls getting rude with passengers in coach and check in desks cancelling confirmed segments as they were checking me in. Have always been a big fan of the airline but recent experiences have left me disappointed

    It's all him and we are grateful to have a wonderful leader.

    Flew SQ in late August to Johannesburg from SIN on Business class and my baggage arrived damaged . I have asked for damaged baggage report but to-date no one in SQ cares!!! Will the CEO advise if this is part of his plans to cut back on customer services?

    The flight attendants are so much more friendly than American flight attendants. Singapore attendants are friendly, joke around, like to flirt, ask you all the time if you need anything. The American airlines could take a lesson from Singapore.
