I just watched the fourth or fifth video from you guys, which are now a year old. I’ll have to go and check your other videos to see what’s going on now with you, but I wanted to share how much I’ve been enjoying these videos. I am 67 years old And recovering from total knee replacement on my right knee. It’s been tougher than I thought it would be, but at the same time I’m feeling better and stronger than I did with my severely arthritic knee. I have one more to go. Not sure when I’ll do it. I’m writing because I want to share that my intuition, which I also think of as the voice of God, led me to a beautiful home in San Diego’s North County about 10 minutes from the ocean. From the minute I walked into the house, I felt that this was the one to purchase. Mind you it was my first home at 63 years old! It had been a long wait and something that I never thought would happen but God is so good. I ended up in a beautiful home, well built with arched entryways throughout the house and almost everything on my wish list. I also have a backyard with two gigantic magnolia trees. My 24 yo son was with me when I decided to put the offer down on the house and he fought me tooth and nail. He threatened that he wouldn’t live with me if I bought the house and I just said OK you don’t have to. I knew in my heart that this was my house. We moved in January 2021 and I have loved it and felt so safe and so peaceful here. My son ended up loving it too and admitted it was the best house of all the houses we looked at. I enjoy the beautiful arches every single day. And almost every single day I thank God for bringing me this beautiful home so close to the ocean. When I retired, I took my son to Paris in May 2022. First time for both of us. We were only there for one week but we enjoyed it so much. I am looking forward to going back. I’m thinking of maybe staying somewhere for three months and touring Europe - maybe even doing a house switch for three months. Maybe this summer…I still have to get my other knee replacement done which may be happening in a few months. Anyway, I really resonate with both of you as I love art and have so many ideas of things I want to create for this home. It’s going to be beautiful and very unique. First off, congratulations on finding your ideal home and new normal. Once again, the parallels are so amazing. When we were living in the US, I honestly thought we would be stuck in our property forever. it was in an ugly town in the middle of nowhere and had been on the market without a single bite for over 4 years. Until...a friend I met for half an hour at someone's house in Panama planted the seed in our minds to sell it FSBO. Literally, within 10 days we had an excellent cash offer that we accepted. Like you, we thought we were moving to one country, only to realize right away that we were in the wrong place (Panama). We then chose Chile, which has truly felt like home to us. Guidance has led us to the wilds of Patagonia and we are counting on Guidance to lead us to our ideal property so that we may create the life and community of our vision. If you left the US just about a year ago, that is exactly when we left as well (I think we flew out July 9th, 2022). Every time I start to get nervous or anxious about how on earth are we going to find the right place, I remember that it is not "my" decision to make and feel into trusting that Guidance will lead the way. Unlike you, we just signed a one year lease yesterday, which will give us more time to seek, listen and follow without the pressure and stress of trying to find a place quickly. Our vision is so beautiful and lovely that we want to give ourselves the time to expand into it, to gather the souls (like your realtor), the resources, the knowledge and the YES that you found in your new lovely spot. I look forward to watching as you literally and figuratively unpack.

Wow! Congratulations!! You are so right about the inner guidance. When we moved to Spain we didn't follow our inner guidance and we put a down payment on a house on the coast and after making this down payment l couldn't sleep at night because my inner guidance (which l was ignoring) was telling me that it was a big mistake. Unfortunately, we lost the down payment but we learned a very valuable lesson. What we did instead and what felt right from the beginning was to renovate our apartment in Madrid and that was the perfect choice for us and 3 months later we are in our beautiful new apartment. For us, Madrid goes with our lifestyle and my family is here. I'm so glad that you guys didn't fall into any traps and you went with your inner guidance all along. So happy for you both! I hope you make many wonderful memories in your beautiful new home! I was intrigued by your process and how you described seeking guidance. I’ve always been one to think things through, carefully consider consequences, make lists of pros & cons, and to make a step by step plan to achieve my goals once I determine what they are. But there have been a couple of times in my life, crisis points, where I could not depend upon logic or the mind because my thoughts were a reeling tangled mess. I instinctually knew that I had to clear away the noise and listen to what my heart was telling me. For me it felt like a pulling in, a centering. I found waiting there a knowing of what I needed to do A knowing beyond knowing. Certainty. I don’t know why, but until watching your video just now, I hadn’t really realized that this is something that can be tapped into daily. I don’t have to wait until a crisis to seek this kind of clarity. This feels like a breakthrough. Thank you. 🙏

We currently live in the Sandia Mtns. foothills in Abq. It sounds like you finally opened yourself up to those little voices in your head and accepted that some of the more fringe ones can honestly be the ones that provide an answer and that life isn't always black and white. This was informative and enjoyable. It takes a lot of courage to leave everything behind and start anew in a foreign country in your 50s. Glad you were able to listen to your inner and outer selves and be patient and determined enough to do it.
How cool it is to know the best source of information to navigate life it's within us, not outside, where everybody keeps unsuccessfully looking. We are in the process of leaving the US in the next year and a half to go live in Valencia (Spain) so we are doing it the same way. The first step visualizing the house we want, and what exactly we want, and also consulting our higher selves for guidance. It is amazing the amount of signs I've received from the universe, always pointing to Valencia. What I'm getting from your video is 'to have fun in the process" instead of stressing to death.

Wow, so true! Even when we hear "the guidance" (I call it "the higher self") and follow it, it's so easy to forget it and again rely on plain thoughts that simply lack of input, so we spin around in uncertainty. Thank you for that reminder :).
I cannot agree more on the guidance, and for me, acceptance of What Is, being in our best interest. It is so vastly different from how I used to make things happen, and now rather going with how things work out. Your story is really a confirmation for me as I find myself in frustrating circumstances, but I know that things are being worked out in my best interest. Wow! Congratulations!! You are so right about the inner guidance. When we moved to Spain we didn't follow our inner guidance and we put a down payment on a house on the coast and after making this down payment l couldn't sleep at night because my inner guidance (which l was ignoring) was telling me that it was a big mistake. Unfortunately, we lost the down payment but we learned a very valuable lesson. What we did instead and what felt right from the beginning was to renovate our apartment in Madrid and that was the perfect choice for us and 3 months later we are in our beautiful new apartment. For us, Madrid goes with our lifestyle and my family is here. I'm so glad that you guys didn't fall into any traps and you went with your inner guidance all along. Congratulations again and may you have many wonderful years in your dream home in France!

I was intrigued by your process and how you described seeking guidance. I’ve always been one to think things through, carefully consider consequences, make lists of pros & cons, and to make a step by step plan to achieve my goals once I determine what they are. But there have been a couple of times in my life, crisis points, where I could not depend upon logic or the mind because my thoughts were a reeling tangled mess. I instinctually knew that I had to clear away the noise and listen to what my heart was telling me. For me it felt like a pulling in, a centering. I found waiting there a knowing of what I needed to do A knowing beyond knowing. Certainty.
I don’t know why, but until watching your video just now, I hadn’t really realized that this is something that can be tapped into daily. I don’t have to wait until a crisis to seek this kind of clarity. This feels like a breakthrough. Thank you. 🙏

We currently live in the Sandia Mtns. foothills in Abq. I loooooooved this video. The way you speak about guidance is like intuition! It's also incredible to see an entire family using guidance, listening to you and your family explain it was fascinating. There's only a few people in my life who I've been able to relate and talk to about this. I feel like we live in a world where most people don't know how to trust it, but it's such a life hack when you start listening to it. Learning about the methods you take to listen to your inner guidance has been super insightful for me as well.

Congratulations!! I am so happy for you. We also just bought a house. Our experience was very similar in our approach to asking for guidance and going with our inner wisdom and not our head. We found a house in less than a week and everything has fallen into place. I believe that finding a home is mostly magic and grace.

The rain at the end says it all to me. Although I can get tired of it, it’s so precious and it changes the way you see things. It can add a coziness vibe. It’s why the places we both are drawn to are green and full of flowers and trees. It must feel like coming home. We also get to live near our sons as well, and that makes me feel calm, centered and grounded.

It sounds like you finally opened yourself up to those little voices in your head and accepted that some of the more fringe ones can honestly be the ones that provide an answer and that life isn't always black and white. This was informative and enjoyable. It takes a lot of courage to leave everything behind and start anew in a foreign country in your 50s. Glad you were able to listen to your inner and outer selves and be patient and determined enough to do it.
How cool it is to know the best source of information to navigate life it's within us, not outside, where everybody keeps unsuccessfully looking. We are in the process of leaving the US in the next year and a half to go live in Valencia (Spain) so we are doing it the same way. The first step visualizing the house we want, and what exactly we want, and also consulting our higher selves for guidance. It is amazing the amount of signs I've received from the universe, always pointing to Valencia. What I'm getting from your video is 'to have fun in the process" instead of stressing to death.

Wow, so true! Even when we hear "the guidance" (I call it "the higher self") and follow it, it's so easy to forget it and again rely on plain thoughts that simply lack of input, so we spin around in uncertainty. Thank you for that reminder :).
I cannot agree more on the guidance, and for me, acceptance of What Is, being in our best interest. It is so vastly different from how I used to make things happen, and now rather going with how things work out. Your story is really a confirmation for me as I find myself in frustrating circumstances, but I know that things are being worked out in my best interest. I take my steps and follow the doors that open, but will definitely add your Ask for Guidance sessions. Thank you both!
