That's cool - do you know anybody there who might want to email me about promoting the units?
I've seen developers building "potential JADUs" into their new units which I'm intrigued by. Is that just a spare room with a door? or is it equipped with a kitchenette and a firewall? Or somewhere in between?

@@HowToADU Shea homes has been doing this in the east bay for years. They call them "Casitas" and have a small but full kitchen, laundry, living room, full bath and bedroom with its own single car garage
