Be careful who you hire, last year I lost a medical route for veterinarian offices because my driver kept showing up late. So now I actually do full on interviews and background checks. Can't wait to scale back up
Hey 👋🏾 Darryl from Harlem , great video 👍🏾one thing I can is ,you can make a lot money 💰 having a cargo van, having good responsible drivers is a plus , good luck 🍀 out there
How many miles you got on the red cargo king 👑 keep grinding brother you are motivational to the ppl that want to get into the cargo van business. Appreciate you fam
🙌 thank you for those words brother. I bought it with 180k miles. It now has 230k. Broken at the moment but I’m sure it could’ve been avoided if I was paying more attention to the maintenance. I love the Econolines.
A couple questions if you dont mind, all of the apps you put in the description, which is most active for you or in general are they all active enough for you to be busy on a daily basis? and the cargo van youre in now is it high or medium roof..
Usually the most asked question in every video is someone asking about apps. I listed it there to minimize the same question being asked over and over. Since I scaled up to two vans running full time, I stopped using apps since my free time is limited and my son requires most of it. Just look into them and see which one would give you more opportunities in your city. I do Watch a few guys that stay active using multiple apps at once to maximize making more money. This cargo van is a high a roof.
Nice video. I live on long island. i work from home and its convenient for me but i ant to be self employed and this looks like a good gig for me since I like being on the road ( ive done this type of job in the past - car delivery parts). I can afford to start it up on my own since i have the funds but i deff want to know how this works. For example, if i buy a sprinter van lets say and i create my llc, logo, bank acct, EIN # etc. When i get into contracts with companies , am i still self employed or do i work for this client?
Hey man by any chance you have some opportunities? I work a route in Brooklyn 7 days it was good till prices changed I’m looking for something better I work out of a Honda odyssey
En indeed puedes encontrar contratos como estes. Indeed o cualquier website para buscar contratos. Cuando encuentres tienes que asegurarte de tener todos los requisitos necesarios. Van, insurance, LLC etc
Klk manito, i expressed before my struggles getting into the business, and you shared some encouraging words, thanks...my background makes it hard for me to, so i decided to go at it on my own, hence thats why i started the llc. Now i got a few bucks for a piece of shit van. But you gotta start somewhere. ? Do you teach a course, or do you sub-contract, like anything manito solo kiero trabajar y echar palante. Tengo mi pasado pero eso no define mi futuro
Are you able to give one of your contracts away to somebody you hire or something? The people who hired you don't say anything about that. I'm just trying to understand

Yes sir

My first year I made 96k just with the red one.

That’s not a bad idea 💪 don’t be surprised if you see me with one 🤣
Does a person with an LLC have to have a fleet?
Not necessarily. I started with one van. Scaled up to two now 3. But only 2 are working full time at the moment.
I try to find a contract but never find one, any idea
Indeed is a very good place to find these contracts! Use key words such as “independent contractor cargo van” or “courier service cargo van” etc.
❤❤❤❤
