    Estrogen therapy, good supplements, staying hydrated, I think fresh lemon water is good as well!!! Also exercise and alot alot alot of fresh whole foods and veggies!!!! Nothing processed in the diet. At 61 I am feeling great :*) Having a nice salad with organic turmeric and black pepper as seasoning and I also do cold shower therapy!!!! Love your channel Liz :*)

    With Levothyroxine best to leave a 2hour gap, as it can affect the absorption of Levothyroxine.

    Also none of the supplements undergo clinical trials. Therefore a limited a data if okay with Levothyroxine.
    Certainly Calcium, caffeine etc affects the absorption of Levothyroxine.
