I hope you enjoy- and if you do, please join me for future stories!

Here’s how to sign in your Apple ID on iOS 8 and lower
1) enter your Apple ID and your password normally then press sign in
2) the app might said that your password is incorrect but you can just retype your password again with the 6 digits of the two factor authentication number at the end of your password
3) try signing in again
Tested on my iPhone 4s with iOS 5, hope this helps!
Also if you felt that the device is slow you can try downgrading to iOS 4,5,6 with some 3rd party softwares
I appreciate it! I’ll try that later!
Hey, how did you downgrade to iOS 5? I also have a 4s that I downgraded to iOS 6 but I really wanna get that iOS 5 nostalgia
@@nmac101 sadly it’s tethered so you need a computer every time you need to boot the device and an arduino to enter pwndfu
@@randomcat9441 oh ok thx then ill just stick with untethered ios 6
My 4s has the greyed out wifi problem.
I’m afraid the rebellious and bold side of Apple died with Steve. Tim is a numbers man. He propelled Apple into new markets and made record sales, at the cost of the classic Apple identity.
I agree, I think Apple is a reliable company, but may have lost being a reliable innovator.
We may be a bit too hard on Apple, or Tim in particular. Sure, Apple isn’t as innovative as before, but they’ve become more successful. It’s because Tim had to make the tough choices in the face of shareholder scrutiny, the market and the state of the world overall. I’m sure he wants to go back to making fresher, riskier products, but has to make decisions that at the time have to benefit the company…so they CAN innovate and wow the crowd, when prudent. We all love Steve and what he did, but he was human, made some mistakes and probably wouldn’t have gotten us to this state of Apple. There’s only so much “dreaming” you can do, before you have to start being a bit more fiscally responsible. I’m sure before Tim leaves, he’ll give us a true “One More Thing”….
@@JunkionMarnot2005 I agree- I think the inherent issue of having to show increased profits to shareholders makes a lot of good company’s go sour. even what’s happening with Amazon prime and Netflix! They need to show a profit no matter what, at the cost of user experience with commercials and price raises ect
@@CalvinDraht Right. And other factors are in play here: state of financial markets, political climates, current competitive, customer reactions, etc…
I can only imagine what Tim must feel like, when shareholder expectations are high in the face of the market. Then pundits start talking, shifting expectations further. Then, in Apple’s case, they meet or most often beat expectations. So now, the added pressure of maintaining or exceeding that success both from the consumer side, but also shareholders and the market as a whole. They hear good profits….but what will you do for us now?
@@JunkionMarnot2005 super well put!
Randomly popped up on recommended, watched the whole thing and I’m shocked you have less than 300 subs. You’re gonna go far with how high quality your videos are!
I appreciate it!
It is very well filmed, and I really enjoyed. It’s true that often classic designs should not be changed for the sake of of change.
Thank you!
Apple has gotten a bit too “same” over the past few years, at least in terms of phones. I’m frankly ready to switch to Android at this point.
As a 10-year Android user who switched to their first iPhone last year, the grass isn't exactly greener-there has barely been any innovation on that end either; even foldables are beginning to all look the same.
@@sodapone I’m not talking about form factors specifically, I’m also talking about features and functionality via software.
@@sodapone at least you're not locked to the same bland design for 5 generations.
I own a Nothing phone, and this thing is beautiful, I often just put the phone down and appreciate it. I haven't felt that way for any phone in a long while.
And there are other companies that experiment as well. So, the grass is definitely greener here if you ask me.
Tim Cook happened :(
But wow the footage looks really clear except the noise and the camera moving. The camera moving was affected by the frame rate but WOW when I put my old iPhone 6 and iPhone 12 pro there is almost no difference except lighting and new features and more stabilization, 4k (doesn't look different) and also and the frame rate
The intro completely blew me away. Wow! Great video, I wish using these older phones was easier, it’s basically my dream to use an iPhone 4 as my daily device
Thank you! I appreciate it! And yeah, I wish I could get some of the modern apps on here, and use it functionally for sure.
Dude, your editing is absolutely amazing!!! You deserve more subs!
Thanks a lot! I appreciate it!
smartphones peaked with the iphone 5s change my mind
Brilliant video with a great message to Apple.
This was so beautiful to watch!
Thank you so much!
Love the video!!
Subscribed to you for this wonderful video! Great way to finish off my day. Keep up your good work 😊
Thanks a lot! I appreciate the comment!!
You can bypass the authentication thing and still use the App Store. I did that with a iPhone 3G and iPhone 4 and it worked
This was extremely well filmed but only 400 subs man keep up the work bro.Youre going places
Thank you!
I found my iPhone 4 back in January and got it working again, I was so excited
Nice!!! I hope you get a lot of use out of it!
The camera is surprisingly good considering the released date. This is what apple is good at. Any of their outdated products still hold something to appreciate. Also I like your contents and really your channel deserves more reach. ❤
Thank you very much! And that is what I appreciate about Apple. even if they don’t work for their original intent- they are so gorgeous in and of themselves that it makes you want to use their products!
Bro this is so underrated I can’t even begin to fathom why you only have 481 subs. Subbed cause the edited is insanely amazing ❤
Thanks dude! You’re awesome!!
What mic do you use?
Also I did not expect you to have less than 600 subs! Your content is really good quality!
I appreciate it a lot! And I use the sure sm7b, with a focus rite, no cloud lifter however
The iphone 4 has to be the best looking tech devices i ever seen and held, it all makes sense for human interaction, it looks nice, and is enough functional without needing to tinker or worry about gimicky features, for that, theres the samsung galaxy SIII an impressive display of what community brings to the table in terms of software support and longevity, and offical support had much good features that were ahead of their time that some phones today even lack, but thats the old times, current times are about subscriptions and clouds
Remember apple once put a X86 PC inside a Mac and could run both alternatively. Yes it's pre-Jobs and licence era, but that Apple was ready to do anything to remain in the market. CAD was Macs forefront advantage. Idk after OSX I felt apple just didn't matter much. They are just regular ass company
I do start to wonder. I understand why they decided to stop innovating, but..
even stuff like the Apple Vision Pro is just a vr headset that we’ve seen on the market for years “appled up”. I start to wonder if other companies are going to have to “take the torch” in terms of the next big thing
@@CalvinDraht yup yk I felt like Google was going to carry the torch. But even they've been less innovative in the recent years
I have a 2015 MacBook Air one of the last Steve Jobs designed Mac’s man I love it once I quit using it and put it on display when I am done with it his best designed product other than black MacBook
They were super pretty devices- I think Apple put a huge amount into how their stuff looked- not just function
Still take photos with my iPhone 4 I gave a 32Gb version if you keep it on airplane mode batteries last forever
Oh sick tip!
@@CalvinDraht WiFi take no power but the 3G modem is battery hungry
Airplane mode with WiFi 2 days on single charge
3G PHONE on about 6-7 hours to empty
How do you have only 339 subs?
Thank you very much! i'm hoping to catch up as my quality of videos improve!
Institutional investors is what changed Apple. There isn't room for products or services that won't move the needle in a short period of time or else the market reacts with a selloff.
Certainly!! I fear that’s what happens to most good companies.
The camera is actually good
I find the look super appealing. I wanted to show the raw(ish) output from the camera, but with some work I think you can get some dang unique style!
a few notes: you should downgrade it to iOS 6, it runs a lot better on the 4you _can_ link 2fa-enabled accounts to it, although the process tends to be a bit convoluted and depends on the service.
you can get 8, 32 and even 64gb models too
U have some good editing for such a small channel. Subscribing cuz this is actually really good
Thank you! I appreciate you joining in!
Great video, I'm so surprised you only have 383 subs (now 384 :)). Really looking forward to upcoming stuff!
Thanks a lot! I look forward to having you here!
I wish you had been clearer about the point you were trying to make, and the reasoning/evidence behind it. I love some good iPhone 4 nostalgia (it's my favorite iPhone ever) but a lot of what you said about the iPhone 4 can still be said about modern iPhones and products Apple makes.
I totally agree that modern ones carry the same DNA, and are in almost every way better. What I mean to say is I would have liked to see Apple shaking up their designs a little more, and pushing new features instead of following what the market is doing with a slight Apple twist. That isn’t to say iPhones are bad- I just wonder if Apple will ever start releasing new features or products out of left field again. I dont think it’s financially viable unfortunately
@@CalvinDraht What about the Vision Pro though? That's a crazy left-field product that required a ton of breakthroughs, and there's lots of promise for what it could be in the future
@@dexopaw that’s a good point! Though the Apple Vision Pro seems to be what oculus/meta, valve, and HTC have already done with a vr headset equipped with pass through. I hope we get huge breakthrough products that are unlike anything on the market, with designed that are unique. That said I totally get your point!
I own a iPhone four but one issue is the glass back it’s scratched
That’s a little rough for sure!

Apple is shifting, has shifted, as all things do. Tim sure, he’s a numbers guy as he always has been. Who knows what the future really holds here if say Ternus takes the chair.
But the Ace in the sleeve rebellious side is still in there, it’s subtle but present. But also consider that Apples rebellious side is being smacked with a ruler by Gov’t like a left handed pupil in Boarding school.
Very underrated channel
Thank you!
Wonderful video. Today's Apple isn't the same company that can move an industry, they are the industry, the only player on their team.
Aside from that, every time I see a small creator start gaining traction it makes me think that I should try again. Unfortunately, truth is TH-cam has been neglecting larger creators, not doing enough to protect their channels and jobs.
If you want to do it, do it for fun! My rule is: if I don’t enjoy making a video people won’t enjoy watching it!
Naturally even though I am biased, I think the community needs new minds, new people who want to grow and make content seperate from the “same old”.
Even like Steve said, innovation and flexibility is the advantage of a smaller company, or indeed one person (paraphrasing heavily here)
And thanks for the complement on the video!!
Great production value. You've earned another sub.
Thank you!
We love your content and the way you edited the video it’s great
We need more !!
(I’m subbed)
Thanks a lot! I have some stuff in the pipeline!!
I love the iPhone 4 so much I bought 6 of them! Genuinely though, good video, I loved the videography!
Thanks! And genuinely- I see the old iPhones in second hand shops ect and sometimes just for a second I’m like “it *is* nicely built…” hahaha
That was really peak design.
You are so under rated, you earned sub & like, keep it up! (Also i recommended you to my friends)
Thank you very much!! That is hugely appreciated!!
without steve, apple's on their knees. for your money ofc.
1:30 It actually can. Just append those 6 digits to your password while logging in, and you’ll see it works
such a underrated channel, I was shocked that you have less than 500 subs. This man deserve atleast 50k subs lol
I appreciate you!
@@CalvinDraht np man
Apple didn't change. You just think differently these days, and not for the better.
Just earned a sub! Top quality!
Thank you! I appreciate it!
wholesome watch
I appreciate it!
so underrated
i thought that the two factor authentication does work. you just have to put the code after your password.
Correct.
I was chasing this guy down for a while- for the older iPhone it errors out as opposed to logging in. You can get around it by de-activating 2FA, but I couldn’t seem to get it to work
@@CalvinDrahtI recently bought an iPhone 4 and 4S, with the 2FA it should be just try to log in, it’ll pop up the code on your phone, and then try to sign in again but after your password add the code. It took me a few tries and then updating the phone and it finally worked
i can still sign into the appstore on ios 7 and download apps
I'm affraid steve jobs is dead...
Tim cook will never adventure too far, take risks or try to inovate to the level steve did. Shure, they still made a watch,a pair of earbuds that was forced on the user's throat, chips soo good, they're the only selling point of the otherwise mediocer and anticonsumer macs and that's kinda it. The apple vision pro is a bigger fail than anyone could've anticipated and it looks like they've scrapped the idea of a vision 2. Everything is centered around their only actualy good product, the iphone and its strong foundation made by steve jobs is chrumbeling under all the shit that tim put ontop. South korea is banning the iphone from its millitary bc of security problems due to their app not being able to restrict the uses of the phone so the military secrets will be keept safer, sales are going down in china which is their biggest buyer and don't forget how both the eu and american gouvernment are on apple's ass for being too anticonsumer
Apple has become boring. No longer upgrading to every year!
It would be cool to see some features that haven’t been on the market already and been given the “Apple twist” for sure
@@CalvinDraht they don’t even care about battery life anymore it seems. Haven’t had a boost since 13 series
Nice volvo
thanks- me and my friend both daily a speeding brick haha
First, that iPod shuffle was my first apple product
Woah! That’s awesome! I used to load this one up with podcasts for my first job- a paper rout!
you're handsome, I subbed 😉
They copied Apple because it sells lol
It's true though. You are my favourite creator on TH-cam!
Thank you that means a lot!
Liar.
apple vision pro is not innovative? lol
The Apple we knew is ded
