When he's not ripping his jeans, lol. Kidding aside, he's really good. Even better than present-day Metal God himself. Just hits those highs so powerful. Rob's more straining to get those Brian Johnson "highs" which is good but a pale imatation of what he could do. Look at the "Live 82" and listen to the Victim of Changes ear-splitting shriek at the end !!
Judas Priest was better with him as front man. Shame Halford cane back
@@marcusrowe1616 I was saying this at the time Halford first came back in 03 but it was a very unpopular opinion then.
I remember 1997 when I was 19, jugulator came out and they went on tour, I was just blown away by the guy. And he's incredibly good to this day. (Even though Rob Halford is my number 1 favourite singer ever.)

BM I think Scott Travis is a great drummer, but Les Binks has always been my fave JP skins beater!
For me Les Binks is right behind Scott as Priest's greatest skinsman. And to hear here's still delivering the goods at almost 70 is incredible.

He is and will always be a R. Halford clone vocally, but honestly, Tim really is an awesome vocalist compared to R.Halford today is nowhere near its old peak.
So good to hear Kk,Les,Ripper,Dave and A.J...Beautiful version of this song..Reminds me of early priest bootlegs from 1978..The band is tight and has a great vibe..Does not seem to be any ego's here just good musicians getting into the spirit of music..Love seeing this..

The first Priest album I got was Unleashed In The East after I saw them in Albany, NY in 1981 when I was 11. So I love that album, especially Exciter, Running Wild and Green Manalishi. As far as lesser-known Priest songs, I really dig The Rage and Fever. Rapid Fire is also one of my faves. I don't usually play covers, but I know a few of those songs.

So happy to hear that this lineup minus dave ellefson are now forming a new old judas priest band kks priest. I had never heard ripper owens era priest as i have always been a diehard rob halford guy, but man, ripper kills it! With kk on guitar and les on drums again these guys are going to be an absolute force! Can't wait for them to hit the states! For sure i will be at the show banging my head like i did back in the eighties. Long live true kick- ass metal!

This is v.impressive and has credibilty. Binks was there when priest were breaking and owens was there at their peak. Good to see KK doing what he does best - killing the V
Their peak? Priest peaked in the 80's and in 1990-1991. Not trying to start any shit but Owens came aboard after the glory days.
@@Metallex The "arenas" are small venues with half of the seats walled off due to lack of ticket sales, and their stage show is a joke. Rob needs to respect the legacy and call Priest to an official end. It's an embarrassment to call the current lineup Judas Priest.
