Raiders are a terrible team, their best players are hurt or traded away, and are actively tanking. And they were a deep pass away from taking this game. For the coaches, it’s time to grow a pair and start Penix. Cousins is either still injured, washed or a combination of both. He’s not going to be the starter next year, so future is now. Season is likely over, but there is still a slight chance for playoffs. There is no game film on Penix. You should beat the Giants, but Penix can steal a win against Washington and Carolina as they don’t know what to expect. Kirk. Loses both those games. You don’t trust him, he’s limited in scheme (dramatically) and is making very poor decisions. The game has left him.

Kirk doesn't need to watch film, he needs to throw to receivers in double and triple coverage for 4 days straight in practice to get his confidence back. After 5 games your QB is still in the same mental rut and making the same mistakes, the HC bares responsibility for that too. Kirk needs good coaching that makes an impact, not a film room.

I obviously love that we got the win but hard to be excited when the two players you depend on most to put points on the board (Kirk and Koo) are both playing the worst football of their careers and it honestly doesn't look like they are close to getting better.

Cousins is now the Joe Biden of NFL QB's! This is a young man's game. I congratulate you for having the foresight to get Penix. I am critical of you keeping him on the bench when I count 5 of his rookie QB class are starting in the NFL and probably two of them are going to the playoffs.
This team is not going anywhere this year what is the point. Putting in a rookie assures us of nothing. They screwed up instead of spending that money on him they should have spent it on building up the team and starting him.
