A great list - I have used each of these as my prime crafting location at one point or another. My current favorite is Rimmen. A big additional bonus is you can get there directly from anywhere via Sugar Bowl house, which is the closest house to a wayshrine (for newer players - get this house - its cheap and will speed your getting around Tamriel significantly). Also, they changed so that the crates by where you turn in writs are not marked as stealing. This is a wide spread change, so not just Rimmen, but they are a good number of containers at Rimmen and I tend to get recipes drops frequently. I noticed the most recently crafting locations do not have these little freebies (for example, your number 1 location).
As base game zones go, I would add Stormhold in Shadowfen and Velyn Harbor in Malabal Tor. Stormholds crafting area has a pretty nice layout. The only downside is that the cooking fire is inside the inn, which is right next to the crafting area. You do have to go trough a door though. There are Guild Traders in the center of the town, the bank is right next to the crafting area as is an outlaws refuge. The stablemaster is right next to the wayshrine as is the drop off location. So not the best crafting location overall but base game zones tend to be a bit more spread out. Velyn Harbor takes a bit of time to use, because the town is being invaded, so you have to do a short quest in order to free the town and use the the crafting area. Jewelry crafting, alchemy and enchanting are in the mages guild hall across the smithy and the cooking fire is inside the bank building. The stable master is very close to the crafting area though. The town has no guild traders. The wayshrine is outside of town which is not ideal but it's not far. I would choose Stormhold over Velyn Harbor but if you want a crafting location with little to no people around it is still alright. Almost foregot Riften. One writboard is a bit off location so that's a bit annoying but the crafting tables are all rather close together aside from alchemy which is on a lower level by the lake. The drop off location is also on a lower level at the canal which is ab it inconvenient to get up from. The bank is next to the crafting area as is an outlaws refuge. The guild traders are out of town which is not ideal. The stablemaster is out of town. So just for crafting it is okay. If you need more services close by, it is not the best.
I like your list. My favorite is your #2 Leyawiin. With the Lazy Crafter add-on I can complete all daily crafting writs on my 12 characters in just a little over an hour.
Alinor is my usual go-to for my daily writs. I’ve gotten the circuit down to about 6-7 minutes per toon, starting from/ending at Alinor Crest Townhouse. Gonna have to check out some of these other ones tho👀
Great Video 😊👍 New Subscriber from Denmark here. Personally i love Gonfalon bay. Everything is close together. Crafting, wayshrine, bank and stables. I like the architecture a lot there. I don't dabble too much in master writs, so this town is perfect for me.

Ganfalon Bay is my favorite- but Elden Root is the runner up. Everything is on the second floor, cooking right by the stairs downstairs where we’re going anyway. I can grab all my writs, mage guild, fighters guild, do all my writs, do my horse training on the way to drop off my goods, check guild traders, pick up undaunted, then leave. Orrrr stay and do master writs if I have them. Most hated… Wrothgar and Glenumbra. Ordaining is a hot mess, and Glenumbra can buzz off with their turn in all the way down at the docks! And why is the mill across the bridge?! Gah. Special thumbs down to Aline for being huge and full of jerks.

@@The_Garage_Project yes Stormhold is a great option! I definitely thought the boards/crafting were farther away but this city does have a really good crafting layout! I do always forget that the woodworking is upstairs though 😂

You missed Stormhold in Shadowfen. A lot easier than a lot you mentioned. If you park your crafters in front of the board even better!!

Shadowfen should've been Number 4 or 5. Very easy.
I do like shadowfen but I had some other good contenders that I decided to include. But it’s another good location for sure!!
