King Charles III, the Prince and Princess of Wales William and Kate and their children George and Charlotte, and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex Harry and Meghan, were among the Royal Family members to be seen arriving at Westminster Abbey ahead of the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II.

Such incredible traditions that are still upheld after so many centuries, such reverence and respect. Amazing!! So nice they still respect them! I think they are still very cool and inspiring!

We’re all mourning Queen Elizabeth II, but my thoughts are mostly for her children. Think of how much walking in step they’ve had to do during this. And they’re not young, especially The King. All this and dealing with the death of their mother while being on public display. Breaks my heart.

We were watching the BBC coverage and they mentioned most
the leaders of the countries, but our country, Australia, our
Prime Minister, Anthony Albanese was not mentioned,
we feel this was probably an oversight, but as my hubby said they should, ( the media) have all leaders listed on their notes!!!

Why is it that some of us are anti monarchy and some of us love them..their must be some issues that need to be addressed in my opinion..this is a sad day after all the queen is somebody’s mother ..I think this reminds us that we are all equal and nobody lives forever..not me not my parents..we are all born equal..say no more...

Testimony to family and duty? When the queen's first cousins Nerissa and Catherine died in an institution, no-one from the RF attended their funerals, only the staff in the institution. No-one in the RF ever visited them. Never. They were severely intellectually disabled (pre-verbal) probably due to inbreeding. They were the Queen's first cousins on her mother's side (Bowes Lyons).
