- Project Dream is about bringing back the Nintendo 64 games Banjo-Kazooie & Banjo-Tooie back to life through a series of nostalgic cinematic trailers.
Mad Monster Mansion is the seventh world Banjo and Kazooie visit in Banjo-Kazooie. The entrance to this world is located in the Graveyard section of Gruntilda's Lair; this area is past the "Lava Room" on the sixth floor of Gruntilda's Lair. Its picture is located on the seventh floor, specifically the third room you enter through underwater passages. The picture requires 10 Jiggies to complete.

Did you know that the theme for Mad Monster Mansion was actually inspired by the motion picture soundtrack for the Movie "Beetlejuice" composed by Danny Elfman according to Grant von Scarecope.
I didn't know, but it makes it all the better, because Beetlejuice was one of the best movies of '988.

You just had to make it that much scarier by making all the Jinjos and Ghosts aggressively assert their dominance

Enjoying the dilapidated look of everything and the auroras in the sky. With the additional Halloween props this feels the most what a Banjo level would look like in modern times.
This is probably my favorite remastered level. Everything looks incredible, and it makes you nostalgic for the trick or treating vibes as a kid. Definitely peek spooky. haha
This level gave me a lot of headaches, despite of that, this brings me back good old memories :)

Huh. The aurora borealis is an interesting touch I would not have expected. Amazing work on this! It was my favorite level on this one of my favorite ever video games!
The aesthetics of realistic nature with polygonal objects is actually pretty nice!

They really should pitch this to rare/Microsoft. A couple years ago they talked about “possibly doing a remaster of 1&2, and if it’s well received etc then it could possibly get the sequel it deserves”. Most of the hard work on this looks like it’s done, I really think if they brought this to rare they could get a deal to make it an official remaster. And that would be incredible.

I really like how all these textures are more towards the realistic look, but I think seeing a banjo remastered wouldn't be about how realistic and shiny we could make it seem, but more towards a comfortable dynamic look for the series. Especially if you're using banjo's Smash model.
Look at Crash 4 It's About Time, it's still the crash we all know yet it keeps this nice dynamic look.
Idk, I guess something about taking stylized games and putting them in realistic environments looks boring to me. But the project is still neat since I haven't seen anyone else do anything like this for BK.

fun fac, back then when I was a kid playing Banjo for the firs time, It took me more than 6 months to enter into this area because of the tv that I used, the tv had a problem with the brightness and the contrast, so I was not able to see that in the bottom corner there was a hole which the pumpkin could pass through
Yall. Messed. Up. It has to look like church from Twycross England. Banjo Kazzooie is a microcosm of Great Britain and deserves to give that vibe.

It probably wouldn't hurt to try and figure out how to rig and animate those models though. They're pretty simple models, I know from experience that it shouldn't be too hard to figure out. Also the zombie hand looks a tad out of place. Other than that this is awesome.
