😊 In this video, I'll show you how I redecorated our home for autumn and share the story of making a teddy bear strawberry cake for Victor's 3rd birthday.

🥦 Recipe
🥨 Teddy Bear Strawberry Cake
▫️Wash and finely chop the strawberries that will go inside the cake.
▫️Remove the excess moisture with a paper towel.
▫️Cut the base cake into 3-4 layers.
▫️Whip 300g of thickened cream until it starts to form peaks,
then add 100g of strained, smooth strawberry jam
and 1/4 tsp of red food coloring. Continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
▫️Spread the cream on a layer of the base cake, add the chopped strawberries,
then repeat the layering 2-3 times.
▫️Evenly spread the cream over the entire cake.
▫️Decorate the cake with 60g of cream whipped to 60-70% with 6g of sugar.
▫️Place circular strawberry decorations among the white cream.
▫️Using baking paper, create the bear’s nose, eyes, and ears with icing
or chocolate.
▫️Finish by placing the teddy bear decorations in the center of the cake!

▪️Strawberry jam (100g)
▪️Red food coloring (1/4 tsp)
▪️Sugar (6g)
▪️Icing or chocolate
