I am honestly a BBM supporter but I never hated Leni. I still respect her despite of us having different political point of view. And the fact that I also respect her husband as a father and as a man.

Our Vice President helped many poor people in the country since she sat in office. She has built many homes for the poor, she is supporting small businesses and created the Angat Buhay Program (Alleviate Life Program) for the poor. She helped fishermen make boats out of fibre glass, she helped farmers.
Suring the pandemic:
1. she was able to create a massive voluntee network of doctors to help during the pandemic.
2. Medical assistance program
3. Bayanihan E-konsulta team (half are volunteers and half are from the OVP)
4. Covid Care kit
5. PPE production for frontliners
6. She donated free vaccines to many localitites
Prior ro becoming VP, she helped the poor , giving free legal aid.. And i do not doubt, God has asked her to be an instrument of good.
There are lot of lies tood about her but she didnt care. She focused on work. And it is very apparent that the people of the Philippines believes so much in her ability, her dedication to work because she had good role models. Her hardwork, her honesty in governance, her transparency with the use of government funds and her love for the poor shows she’s the leader the poor Filipinos deserve.

Iam a true blooded kakampink, or leni supporter, for so many reasons. I like her coz despite of her suppressed budget, other government post or politicians seatings in the government have miles bigger budget as compared to her, but her initiative to help is bigger than her heart. No one can stops here drive to make a difference.We really need a leader who is a public servant not just a politician. God bless her and God bless Philippines! So much thanks for you ovela for this. The Office of The Vice President serves as conduit to many private sectors, to help the less fortunate. Her "Angat Buhay" initiative has helped many areas including Marawi.
Her husband, the late DILG Secretary Jesse Robredo is a former Mayor of Naga City, Camarines Sur. He introduced the "Tsinelas leadership" that means, servant leadership. He's well loved by their constituents.

Her husband, Jessie Robredo was a long-time mayor of their hometown Naga City, province of Camarines Sur (part of Bicol Region, southern part of Luzon). When they worked together,, Jessie was already the Mayor of Naga. He was appointed as Secretary of the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) by President Benigno Aquino III ( Noynoy or PNoy ) in 2012. He died in a plane crash while holding that position. Leni decided then to join politics from being a housewife and lawyer in the Public Attorney's Office, in 2013. She won as Congresswoman of Naga City in 2013. After three years, she was pushed by her political party (Liberal Party) to run as Vice-President and eventually won in a close contest against Bongbong Marcos. She proved her worth as the best VP the country ever had. Just FYI. Thanks.

Filipinos culture put a premium on Family and sacrifice.. It is the culture here, esp during their time, that the woman will sacrifice their careers for their families. Love is sometimes a destiny. I met my hisband on a bus. We moved in together a month later and we stayed together for 17 yrs . He passed away recently. I love him very much and what I like about him is also beause my husband allowed me to be who I am. That means,when you love someone, you bring out the nest in you beacuse you are free to do things that make you happy. You will understand that when you meet your true kove.

In the philippine constitution, the job of the vice president is only succession. Meaning, a spare tire. Someone to replace a president if he dies or become incapable. However, she has made the office of the vice president into an advocacy office partnering with the private sector helping communities.
