Hindi naman po siya Flood Prone Area kasi tinaasan po ang Urban Deca Ortigas. Maganda po location kasi malapit sa mga establishments like Mall, Hospital, Vet etc.

Not really sure with the new parking slots available. Pero yan din ang narinig ko na ung amount sa parking fee is somehow rent to own din. Sa case kasi namin, nakakuha pa kami nun ng tandem na parking bago nag turn over sa’min. Pero kasi ang bilis maubusan ng parking kaya dapat talaga magkaroon at ang hirap ng walang parking.
kahit kailan di naging sulit tumira sa Condo, kasi unang-una pricey, pangalawa limited lang spaces mo at pangatlo lahat ng bagay babayaran mo like parking space kung may kotse ka, really not advisable just my 2 cents..

@Gabi na gaming. Pricey - depende yan sa cash flow na meron ka pwedi ang mahal sayo mura naman sakin. Limited space - malaki nga space mo di naman safe so pili ka lang. lahat babayaran mo - Wala naman kami binabayaran na di namin ginagamit. Parking - Learning make sure to buy parking kasama ng unit otherwise gagastos ka talaga sa parking.
@@RonaldQuizzagan mas mahal ang bahay at lupa. Lalo na kungbsa mga primary location ka titira. Siguro sa province or outside metro manila ka titira may makuha ka na mura pero within metro and prime city kulangnang 10M mo.
Not for you, pero if you are the person who value time so much, id say, best tumira sa condo. Accessible lahat within the metro. I would rather get a condo in the city then travel all they way to cavite or rizal for 6hours back and forth. Condo living works for me. Just my 2 cents.
Para po sa mga Unit Owners na wala pong parking meron naman pong mga ibang unitnowners na nagpaparent. Like us, pinaparent namin for an amount of time ung isang parking space namin. For visitors meron naman freen parking pero 3hrs lang.
Meron pong designated na area po for delivery. I-advise naman po ng guards ung mga riders our courier service kung san banda. For now since di pa talaga tapos ang buong community, nasa gitna nag BLDG M and N ung delivery and pick up area ng mga foods and items. Thanks for dropping by!

Ang problema lang sa deca ung laundry walang sampayan then pagopen mo ng door bungad agad ang mga rooms then.ung kitchen area walang vintilation
True! Kaya kami nagpapalaba nalang din po and also mejo pricey din kasi ang water kaya oks na rin na ganyan.
