hi bro i just wanna comment to help out because you showed your acne skincare routine. taking care of acne starts with taking care of our gut / what we eat. i would not recommend inflammatory foods such as processed sugar and refined grains that you ate in this video. if you'd stick to more whole foods like grass fed beef, eggs that u already eat, fruit and even some raw honey i believe that will help you. as for the gym, you can try more resistance training / weights. heavier weights or strength training will almost always benefit you more overall than spending lots of time on cardio. yes cardio is important but i highly suggest resistance training. keep up the videos!
Just an unsolicited advice, I would suggest to use a mix of closed and open shelving just so it doesn't look cluttered, and maybe use wall mounted mirrors so the place looks bigger too! But congrats and good luck on your journey!

Interesting to see this from a young guy's perspective trying to survive the madness of Manila. Hope the calmness of Baguio prepared you. For skincare, do the basics, Niacinamide, Retinol then moisturizer 5x a week. Then Glycolic acid then moisturizer 2x a week. Shopee/Lazada has affordable options from derm clinics or Korean brands. Hi! I like what you did to your place. The reason why it’s hard to look organize is, it’s because of open shelvings. You see everything. If you have a cabinet with solid covers, then it will look cleaner from the outside. Just my advice/opinion. Good luck to you…🙂
No worries on the advice. When I moved in, I wasn't earning as much so shelves that were closed were a bit out of budget haha. I would consider it now but not necessarily my priority. Stay tuned because who knows, I might upgrade these haha. Thanks for watching!

dang! this just reminded me my prev studio place in poblacion, i paid 3.5k/mo for almost 10yrs but i needed to move out this July '23 due to my med issue.. it will be way higher by now since it was a block away from makati city hall & future mrt stn is waving.. seen the rise & fall of many businesses (hotels, clubs, garage restos, banks you name it) in central residential makati.. really dont want to leave that space but well, health first 😂😢

2:13 Rodic's already had a longstanding Makati branch pre-pandemic in Legaspi Village. I liked it til I learned they use CARABAO meat. I mean, nothing wrong with it. It's healthier than beef. I just couldn't warm up to the idea of carabao meat so I only ate once and never again

For acne, try mo kaya yung Eskinol pimple relief facial wash, yan gamit ko pag may pimples at effective nmn. Pati yung eskinol astringent yung pimple fighting. Minsan nilalagyan ko rin ng ice 😁. Ang mahal pala ng rent dyan, pero maganda ang pagka organize mo👍😁

Living in NCR really is expensive thus, one of the reason why its so hard to live in NCR. We also have big cities here in mindanao but its not as expensive in Luzon.
Yes it really is. The Opportunities here are what make a lot of us decide to stay here. There are a lot of cities outside indeed, like Baguio and Cebu and Davao. It won't really be a farfetched idea that the opportunities will go to those cities.

There are good medical schools in davao too but I chose to study here because of the opportunities in my field of expertise that I want in medicine. But I can't stop comparing everything padin especially the traffic and the cost of living even after 3 years of living here in Pasay. Hahahaha 😅

Hi! That apple is likely imported. Meron rin mga apple na mas mura (but still pricey tbh) pero I still pick this or the Fiji apple just because of preference (tinanggap ko na mahal yung mga yun 😢)

dang! this just reminded me my prev studio place in poblacion, i paid 3.5k/mo for almost 10yrs but i needed to move out this July '23 due to my med issue.. it will be way higher by now since it was a block away from makati city hall & future mrt stn is waving.. seen the rise & fall of many businesses (hotels, clubs, garage restos, banks you name it) in central residential makati.. really dont want to leave that space but well, health first 😂😢

2:13 Rodic's already had a longstanding Makati branch pre-pandemic in Legaspi Village. I liked it til I learned they use CARABAO meat. I mean, nothing wrong with it. It's healthier than beef. I just couldn't warm up to the idea of carabao meat so I only ate once and never again

For acne, try mo kaya yung Eskinol pimple relief facial wash, yan gamit ko pag may pimples at effective nmn. Pati yung eskinol astringent yung pimple fighting. Minsan nilalagyan ko rin ng ice 😁. Ang mahal pala ng rent dyan, pero maganda ang pagka organize mo👍😁

We also have big cities here in mindanao but its not as expensive in Luzon.
Yes it really is. The Opportunities here are what make a lot of us decide to stay here. There are a lot of cities outside indeed, like Baguio and Cebu and Davao. It won't really be a farfetched idea that the opportunities will go to those cities.
@@LifebyEnzo I agree po. Which is why I am here in luzon to study medicine. There are good medical schools in davao too but I chose to study here because of the opportunities in my field of expertise that I want in medicine.
But I can't stop comparing everything padin especially the traffic and the cost of living even after 3 years of living here in Pasay. Hahahaha 😅
