I get where you’re at. But you could also look at it from a business perspective. I wouldn’t be surprised if a small/mid market team will grab that opportunity to sign Lebron. Just like how inter miami offered so much for a post-prime Messi. Or al nassr for CR7. It’s not just about winning. It’s marketing. Imagine the ticket and jersey sales alone. The media coverage for the first father and son teammates in the nba.

As a Lakers fan, I don't know how I feel about this. On one hand, I don't want the Lakers to trade Reaves or any picks because look what that did to the Suns, and I don't want Murray because I know he's not a true moving piece. I think if Lebron is going to re-sign with the Lakers, it'll be on a 1-2 year deal. I really wished this season would've gone better for the Lakers, but it just is what it is at this point.
No true Lakers would EVER miss an opportunity to hand the Celtics an L. Lebron is not a true Laker; he’s an opportunist.

Hmm I'm starting to think that Lebron could ends up in Philly! He will come to help Maxey and they might have JoJo back for playoffs! As a Sixers fan I don't want this but would be a shock for everyone. Btw Philly will have cap space for singning him off season...
