How do you get rem? Did u bought her or is there any way to get dimensional char other than buying them? Im new to the game btw and i see all top player uses rem and i thought maybe shes op

you can garrison her (it's in the same area as the mercenaries), and if you're a new player, you should garrison her.
She is as close to being an awakened hero as and dimensional every will be

never use Challenge coins for anything but buying stuff from the challenger store

This game may seem curious, but it is oversold on excitement, and it is truly overrated because the rewards are stingy. Faction scrolls give you the lowest heroes instead of the main ones😂😂😂 talk about stingy rewards.
