The three new stadia look amazing. And i do hope that the bid goes our way. And I'm impressed with the envisaged refurbishment for the existing facilities, especially the Obed Chilume Stadium. The facade is quite distinctive. I really can't say the same about the National Stadium. In my opinion, it would've been converted to a soccer stadium. The facelift did make a small difference. Lobatse is indeed an ideal host town. And the aesthetic is pleasing and blends well with the landscape. It goes without saying that granted the opportunity to host, it would go a long way in improving our sports and I have the firm belief that the LOC has borne in mind how best to fully utilize these facilities after the tournament and to bid for even bigger tournaments in the future.
An inspiring models, very appropriate for modern times, however disapprove of Gaborone model stadium, looks like a revamp of the old model, a better model which can be iconic for the beautiful Botswana can do, especially in line with our cultural artifacts 😊
@@michaelramogale8734 yes it can be done. Most European stadiums, well known today like Old Trafford was opened in 1910, thats 113 years old and have since gone over a couple of upgrades and overhauls. In European stadiums they will even have in-built museums in the stadium to showcase these changes

Is it normal to host a tournament throughout a country or what?
inspiring , good luck Bw.
BW SHOULD BUILD THE STADIUM, AND BID AGAIN
Good luck Botswana it's your time😊
Thank you brother
It's not a good idea, smaller stadiums that will be used post event.
A stadium can always be downsized or reduce it's capacity, that's what happens after most tournaments.
National stadium looks ordinary and boring. 😢
Yeap, needs a total overhaul
@@botswanainsight3804 you cant overhaul your history this is the first stadium to be build in Botswana
