I love all the interactions in the cards in this series. Prowess,valiant, offspring, that trash panda, and the birds providing buffs for non flying creatures to name a few. The draw back is if you can't get rolling you lose. most cards aren't powerful on their own
We were discussing this today, the cards in the set are good but they are only good with other Bloomburrow cards, they just don't fit in existing decks, or non-cutelittlecritter decks.

My favorite card is valley might caller that I have played with. One of the best one drops I have ever seen in all my years playing mtg.

Play boxes are much better for drafting now. Keep the bonus sheets to collectors for the rich folk 😂
Yeah, no commander cards in the play boosters this time helps a lot! Everyone was having trouble drafting MH3 because of all the commander cards that are completely useless in draft or sealed.
@@oldschoolmtg it’s such a weird thing. On one hand I like a cleaner draft experience but for LGS, your option is really just to open and sell singles but without any alt arts or special versions, your EV drops dramatically. If they would have added more alt art and showcase in the play boxes but without bonus sheets, that would be the sweet spot.
@@djkatsuo Most stores are only opening collectors boxes now, and even I have been opening more collectors than play boxes. But of course they keep low printing the collectors which is making it difficult for us to have the singles selection we would like to because we only get half of the boxes we order if that.

no ones gonna buy playboxes anymore. they might aswell just get rid of them with these pull rates. whoever manages this shit needs to be fired
I draft with my friends and as much I love Bloomburrow, I’ve never seen such horrible value out of a box. It’s so dramatically different than Outlaws, which was consistent 2-3 rare/mythic packs.
@@grendelrising6413 Yeah the only reason why my box was decent is because I got 3 three tree city. Without them the value was abysmal.
