I remember Hotlink. They gave him like a purple deco in the Netflix series. Can't believe they didn't give this dude a name lol. Shoulda called him Kielbasa or something lol (bad joke)
That head changing gimmick is very cool. I think it opens new bot bending possibilities because instead of folding the head away you can just take the face off and use the torso cavity for something else. The faces are also open for other use

I'd balk at this whole set except for the fact that I got the "Deeseus Army Drone" which is such a massive upgrade in quality or just QC to my original "Siege Ironhide" that I suspect the tooling on all of these may be superior to their originals. Nice set though & great video as always.
Yeah, 100% Ironhide was the worst from the bunch. Ratchet was improved and it steadily got better lol. Usually the opposite way around haha. Thanks 4 the kind words, bud!
I'm not bothered about most of these, but I'd love two or three of the G2 troopers; pity they're not releasing them separately. (And yeah, those lads were Jhiaxus' infantry units.)
And funny you should say about Snowcat; I do have a spare Crosshairs that I want to convert into him, just need to figure out how I'm gonna do his treads...
For the GI Joe crossovers, I think I've said before, but I think Kre-O was the big missed opportunity there...
Maybe folks will part with them separately on ebay. At the same time, he seems to be a popular figure from the pack... Regarding Snowcat, I wonder if anyone's thought to do a conversion kit... I feel like it wouldn't be too much of a stretch? I'm right there with ya on the Kreo thing. I made a brick Ironhide Hiss Tank with Cobra soldier back in the day myself.
hasbro would get more money if it were separated. Not everyone wants all those . If i want an army of quintessons, i have to get all the others who i dont care.

@@BotBenderOrinj cracker barrel is pretty decent but I'm talking when it was only 10 bucks per person practically, I can't imagine now. I just found out Five Guys burgers went up in price like practically double...used to be about 9 bucks for my burger build, but it would go for 16 now 😮, a mans be cooking at home when I can lol saving the dough, while baking the dough 😁 and man I tried a quick skully and deeseus drone, could be something, needs more bits and pieces maybe, it was just a quick test run though! There's some parts of middle America where my Asian self has traveled to that have gotten me some inquisitive looks. Mostly not out of fear or racism but just not being used to seeing other than their majority population. I just got this set too and can't wait to mess with the new head swaps.
Yeah, that's what I like to assume as well. Statistically it's more accurate as well. Not EVERYONE is racist haha. Just shell shocked lol

I'm sorry its awkward for you to travel. It makes sense that the coastal cities are going to be used to a wide array of peoples and the inland is going to be more monocultured. I was going to stay that with your perfect english, people should recognize you as one of their own fairly quickly, although I guess that's not the point.
It's all good. Any place that lacks diversity is like that. Asia is no different lol. Pretty bad in fact. But as long as no one's trying to impede upon my liberties, I'm gravy. Asian folks who live in Cali all their lives get a reality check when they visit the rest of the US haha. Cali is like 35% Asian or something, while in aggregate with the rest of the US, it's only 7%. Funny story: I lived in the Netherlands for 3 years, and for the longest time, folks assumed I had been adopted as a child by a white family because I didn't speak with an Asian accent 🤣🤣 But to be fair, adoption culture is big over there, so I get it.

This thing was actually annoying to me like you can't imagine. I just wanted the quintesson trooper, but had to pay over 100 euros for all them when i just want one. So i passed on it.
Also, because i see too much white and i was wondering "yellowing soon?"
